The service was excellent. On arrival to the store, I was noticed and greeted warmly and then left in peace to look around and take my time.
When I found a sofa of interest, staff member Jake was excellent. Funny, friendly and helpful. Excellent customer service. Explained options clearly and with enthusiasm and made the experience less daunting and felt more like talking to a friend. Highly recommend buying from DFS and ask for Jake!

Great customer service from start to finish. We were given plenty of time to look around and shop without feeling pressured. The staff were polite, welcoming, and even offered us drinks. Everything was explained clearly and simply, with no hidden fees or surprises. The whole process was quick and easy. Ben was particularly helpful, knowledgeable, and made the experience stress-free.
