I visited DFS in Derry I wanted to…
I visited DFS in Derry I wanted to purchase a sideboard that I had seen online but wanted to see the furniture before I purchased they didn’t have the sideboard but had other furniture of the same brand that I could view
I found the staff very friendly and helpful they made the whole process very easy I I would recommend them and I would definitely return to this branch again

James was very welcoming when we arrived at store. We received great customer service, despite being indecisive and unsure what we were looking for, he walked around with us and helped us explore all options before helping us find our dream sofa. The welcoming as soon as you come through the doors and then them letting you browse and just making themselves be seen if you need assistance. James went through my order and made sure I understood what I had ordered and he even did a wee upscale of a foot stool/ pedestal which I didn’t think of but love the idea of having one.

Elaine was very helpful with giving me as much information possible and the information was giving so it was easy to understand , was also made to feel like I did not have to rush with the decision that I made while choosing my sofa . All in all a brilliant experience.
