Sofa was advertised with cushions . These were not included in price. Delivery was not included in price. None of which was advertised. . Considering we spent £4700+ on new suite. Highly diaappointed

To keep our product prices as low as possible we do not embed the delivery cost into the price of our products. The furniture is presented with additional cushions for display purposes, however our advisers will inform you if the products are included or not.

I liked that staff weren't constantly…
I liked that staff weren't constantly coming and asking if I need help, when I need advice there was a staff member there. The offer or tea or coffee is good.
