Our instore experience
Visited DFS just to check on a colour choice after seeing a sofa online. Was met by Abby who was wonderful. She brought out a sample book and also offered to show alternatives as the sofa we wanted was not in the showroom. It was 19.50 and the store closed a 20.00 but said she would be happy to put the order through online for us. She mentioned all the extra services and products during the conversation and not at the end, which is very important. As an ex salesman many years ago and now working in Service Management the 'customer experience' was fantastic. Looking forward to our new sofa.

Very happy with the service
Overall we were extremely happy with our online ordering process. However, we did go in store initially to see the sofa and make sure the colour and comfort was right. We were looked after very well by Riley, and only ordered online as we weren’t ready to make the purchase that day. He provided us with all the advice and information needed.
