Sales assistant was very knowledgeable and explained everything with care for my mother in law who is 89 went through all the details several times to make sure she was happy with everything before placing the order. Member of staff very helpful and nothing too much trouble on first visit. On return visit went to John with his great and friendly customer attitude, no pushy selling which I appreciated. Chose the appropriate suite for my home with his help. Quality of furniture looked very good and lots of choice.

Very nice salesman
Very nice salesman , was not pushy and left us to have a wander around.
We returned after visiting other shops because of his manner and we preferred the DFS sofa than in other retailers.
