Amazing service and products

The staff members were friendly, helpful and explained everything all the way through. It was a very easy and smooth process and I can't wait for my new furniture to arrive.

Wouldn’t even give it 1 star. Ordered a 4 grand sofa. Told it would be delivered on the 2nd of September which was already out of the 12 week guarantee to be told the next day it won’t be delivered until the 10th September. Nobody on the phone can help and just refer me to birstall store which now we have to wait 72 hours to speak to a manager! Absolute joke. Birstal staff are quick to be really nice and add extra things onto your sofa so they gain more commission but it’s all a lie!!!!! Stay away and get your sofa from elsewhere. Wouldn’t want to give them a penny. Liars!!!!!

He explained all the sofas to me and really knew his stuff
I didn’t feel pressured to buy at all and he was a very helpful personal assistant unlike the sales man at another store that made me feel overwhelmed

The salesman serving us did a great job, was very helpful and personable. We ordered a brompton ted baker sofa and asked for the footstool to be different to the options available, and he made that happen for us by submitting an email to the production team.

We were very pleased with the person dealing with our experience with your shop.

Caitlin at the birstall store was very helpful and patient. She helped us choose the perfect sofa. We are very happy with the customer service and excited to get our new sofa!

We called at the Birstall store today and ordered our new sofa. The showroom was well displayed, flour sales person Dan was really informative, he took time to talk us through fabrics and configurations. He took time and was very patient when I changed my choice completely and was extremely patient and understanding making sure we was completely happy with our decision. Great service all around and we are looking forward to receiving our sofa.

The young lady who looked after us tonight was very professional.and was of the reason why we purchased the furniture. Keep up the god work.

Friendly staff who didn’t hassle you when looking around. We spoke to a member of staff about the style of sofa we were looking for and he took us round the ones which were the type we were after. He was very helpful and answered our questions without hesitation.

Great experience at DFS in Birstall. Sam was brilliant from start to finish — really informative, friendly and easy to talk to, without ever being pushy or making us feel pressured into buying anything.

He answered all our questions, gave us plenty of time to look through the different options and made the whole process really straightforward and relaxed.

Really happy with our purchase and the service we received. Would definitely recommend asking for Sam if you’re visiting!
