Staff were really friendly and not pushy. I was left to browse and when I asked for help staff were very helpful and professional. They went through everything and I didn't feel rushed into anything.

I like where you can walk in and take you're time and not get bombarded by salesman

We went to DFS to shop for a sofa for our new home and were greeted by Robby. From the start, he made us feel comfortable without being overwhelmed by all the choices available. We had a particular sofa in mind that we had seen online, and luckily they had it on the shop floor.

Robby was really helpful and kindly offered to change one of the seat cushions so we could comfortably compare the different options. He was friendly, patient and knowledgeable, making the whole experience really enjoyable. Overall great customer service!

Ron the staff member who dealt with my purchase he was really knowledgeable and helpful when advising me about the products and everything I needed to know

Ron was a friendly guy, he wasn’t pushy and following you around He answered all the questions we asked in great detail and he was very knowledgeable and really helpful
When we were purchasing he explained everything again in great detail and we had a laugh and joke with him.

Visited the Birstall store 3 times over 3 days running.
We managed to speak to Robbie on each occasion, who answered all our questions with a smile.
He made the purchase of our suite relatively stress free...and organised our interest free credit terms seamlessly.
He was professional and friendly at all times and we wish to thank him for that.

Craig was really knowledgeable and professional, including moving floors so we could see the sofa bed function in another product. This meant we were confident to order our sofa with a sofa bed upgrade.

The advisor who dealt( unfortunately I can't remember the lady's name ) with my order was very knowledgeable and discussed the key points and features of the bed we had chosen. She made us feel welcome and did not push us into a decision. Her customer service skills were phenomenal and a credit to the company.

Lynn was brilliant. No hard sales pressure, just friendly advice and a good knowledge of the products available.

Very good service, didn’t pounce on us soon as we got into the shop let us wander and find the one we liked before approaching us, very good customer service to ensure you’re getting the best you can. Faster delivery then a lot of the other places we looked
