Very helpful staff
Kerry was very informative and helpful. Introduced herself when we entered the shop then left us alone to browse, just how I like to be served. When we were ready to make a purchase, Kerry provided us with coffees and sat down to talk us through the product, care, delivery etc.

The sales guy in Barnstaple wad it was very knowledgeable and helpful and explained about. Looking after the sofa and finance arrangements and couldn't do enough to ensure I had the information needed to purchase the expensive sofa

Friendly and relaxed service, helpful with no pressure.
Louise was really helpful and friendly. She answered lots of questions and was very patient with us. We loved the fact that we could take our dog in the store with us and were made to feel very welcome, with drinks being offered. Nothing was too much trouble and we didn't feel pressured or rushed into making a decision. Placing the order was easy and the process up until delivery was clearly explained by Louise. Very happy with the customer care and service, thank you Louise.

Great range and superb staff.
There was a huge range of sofas to suit various budgets, firmness requirements, fabrics, and colours . The staff were superb. They were extremely knowledgeable, patient, informative, and very friendly. It's a long time since I experienced such great customer service.
