We went to purchase our mattress at the Banbury store and Blake approached us to offer help and advice, as we were unaware the store did not have the items on display, so we're a little unsure on what to purchase, However, after spending some time with Blake and listening to his advice and knowledge we left very happy and cannot wait to receive our new mattress. Today we called into the Banbury store & spoke to a very helpful lady ( Emma) about potentially buying 2 sofas.
We returned home to re measure our space & returned later & spoke to Blake this time who was so patient & helpful with us & very knowledgeable talking us through everything. We purchased the 2 sofas & left the store happy & it was a pleasure to deal with Blake.

Very helpful salesperson, obviously knew his products well. He was very well mannered, he let us take our time in choosing exactly what we wanted. We could not fault his service.

Cheryl welcomed us back to the Banbury branch and answered our remaining questions in a frank, professional and friendly manner. As a result, we were pleased to confirm our order for an Arundel sofa and Cheryl talked us through all the options in detail.

The store was tidy and well laid out, we weren’t hounded when we came in, just politely reminded that if we needed help, to shout. The sales assistant, Blake, made things easy and straight forward and was very knowledgeable. He talked us through every option and the delivery process very confidently.
