Excellent customer experIence
First time I used the on line purchase and collection facility. Very simple process . When we went to pick up the item we stopped off at the coffee shop for coffee and cake . The staff are friendly, welcoming and efficient . A good experience all round .

The customer service was very good but…
The customer service was very good but the cost of the bottle of patio gas was so expensive - £34.99. I have now found out I can get the same bottle of gas at Calor for £23. Don’t think I will be back to Dewaldens.

Quick response to order . . I was 5 minutes away from DeWaldens when I received an email to say my order was ready . I went in straight away and it was already in a trolley for me . Staff were very friendly and polite . Excellent service from ordering to collection

Bought a garden bench online for my mum. The service was so good, I ordered one for me, too. Easy to order. Great price. Saved over £100 on each bench. Delivered two days later.
