The communication is terrible

The communication is terrible, after closing a 24month deal for 1000Mb Glassfaser there was no further information received.
When calling, the operators where passing my call between 4 different people, the last one being kind of rude.
After 1 week I still don't know when I will have internet... wouldn't choose it if I had other option.

Our construction partner will contact you personally to arrange an appointment. No communication on order status

I placed an order for an internet contract, but I have no idea when I will be receiving my internet router. I would like more information about my order.

The process is simple and easy, but language options would help!

The process is simple and easy to follow, it would be helpful however, to have a languages option for people who still don't quite understand German

Too complex

The process to register , I find quite complss, the connection with contract very confusing, there are a lot of changes needed.
