Incredibly awful experience
Incredibly awful experience. Bought 2 coats, returned one. No refund over 2 months. None of the given phone numbers work. Filled online contact form had a response saying we are looking into it. Then complete silence despite further attempts to get an update. Eventually got visa to issue refund. I can not understand how such a company can operate and be allowed to operate. Just look at the reviews, you'll find a similar story. Such a shame!

Desigual Customer over 17 Years
I have been buying Desigual for over 17 years and love their clothes, however, the customer support/service seems to have nose dived. I ordered a dress and needed to return it, it took two months with at least 15 emails, countless online chats to finally resolve. I finally received an email to say they had the received the dress and I would be refunded within 15 days, its now 23 days and counting. It is impossible to chat online, you just get a virtual useless chat bot, the customer service telephone number has a voice message to tell you there is no customer service, I am back to sending daily emails and getting a reply two days later to say they will contact me between 3-5 days but never do. I have ranted on social media and got a response from them basically finding it funny. (They removed the response after an hour) I am giving another week and then I will report them to trading standards. As soon as I get my refund I will not touch this awful outfit again, and I have spent thousands of pounds over the years. Not impressed is an understatement.

Great clothes but no Customer Service.
I really like Desigual clothing, but the returns experience has been frustrating. My order wasn’t quite right, and returning it has proved unnecessarily difficult. I never received a returns label and haven’t been able to access one online. Customer service has been very hard to reach, and my enquiries have only resulted in repeated automated responses that don’t address the issue. There also doesn’t appear to be a phone option to speak with someone directly. Overall, a disappointing experience for what should be a straightforward process.

I like the design and the quality of their clothes however... customer services does not exist!!! I bought a few dresses online and need to return one of them, the problem is that I cannot find a way to obtain a return label. I've tried filling the returns form in their website , tried filling contact form, tried emailing them, tried calling (call center has been deactivated!), there is no response. Their shops in London are permanently closed. I'm going to Barcelona next month and will try to return it in person - but that will be over the 30 days return period. Wish me luck!
Sadly Desigual has become a Scam company that tries to steal your money!
I have been an enthusiastic customer of Desigual for many years but never again - like so many other people I found that I needed to return three of my most recent order of 5 items as they were very tight around the armholes (I am XS and always have been XS in Desigual clothes) - but the website did not generate the returns label and I have had only automated replies to all my attempts to email customer service with no attempt to resolve the problem so I could return the clothes. Will now seek a chargeback from my bank.
Update: When my bank initiated the chargeback from Desigual they finally activated the Returns and sent me a label so I returned the items. They then made several fraudulent attempts to make me cancel the chargeback procedures (which you are not then allowed to restart) - first by saying they had refunded me (when they had not), then (twice) by saying that they could/would only refund me after I stopped the chargeback procedure. Luckily, I found out that this would have meant they could safely not refund me as I would have not been able to successfully complete the chargeback (which I now have).

Purchased a bag from the Desigual outlet at Fuerteventura Airport on Jan 10th 2026.
I did not realise at the time as the bag was in a polythene wrapper that the strap had started to come unstitched.
As I live in the UK I couldn't really take the bag back, so I contacted the customer services on 31st Jan. Today 12th March after several emails sending pictures and proof of purchase. I have had my query closed down. Apparently no official Desigual stores on Fuerteventura. I have bought bags from there in the past. Won't be buying anything else from them.

I’m extremely disappointed with my experience with Desigual. I returned an item expecting a refund, but they are refusing to process it, and I have been unable to get any meaningful response from their customer service.
I’ve tried contacting them multiple times, but it’s nearly impossible to reach anyone who can actually help. The lack of communication and accountability is incredibly frustrating. When a company takes your money, the least they can do is provide proper support and honor their return policy.
This has been a really poor customer service experience and has completely put me off buying from Desigual again. I would strongly caution others before ordering if there’s any chance you might need to return something.
