Poor customer care

I bought a jumper from Desigual.
There was a hole in the fabric and crooked stitching all over and basically badly made.
I went through the complaints channel , with photographs attached of the jumper with its many faults . The jumper cost £87 , no cheap jumper , just very poor quality.
No response !
I have written emails and tried the ‘ chat ‘ channel , no response. They are ignoring me.
I was happy to exchange or refund .
I will never buy anything off this company again and would not recommend anyone does .
I may add I have bought clothing off them in their airport shop and in Spain , no problem.
Their online shopping is a problem and not answering a customer is poor customer care. They are unprofessional and not trustworthy. It is the worst form of ignorance to ignore customers.

Awful customer service

Awful customer service, ordered a bag almost two months ago, still haven’t received it. Have sent SO many emails chasing it and they won’t give me anything more than ambiguous answers like “we are working on your case”. They also won’t respond to my requests for a refund. Insane

I had a very good experience with…

I had a very good experience with Desigual, my order arrived in about a week, there was no update on the tracking so I emailed them and they got back to me within the hour. When I got my order I wanted to return something so I made a return on their website, the very next morning there was a man at my door to collect the package. Over a week went by and I hadnt gotten a confirmation email so I contacted them and again, the reply was very quick just to say theyre looking into it. Later that day I got an email to say its been recieved by the warehouse and its being inspected before a refund is processed, I was expecting a refund within the time frame they said which was 10 days but I got it within 5 days. They were very efficient.

No option for no stars

No option for no stars! Please do not make the mistake of ordering from this company! No customer services except useless AI. Ordered a suit for £338 didn’t like it so tried to send it back,after a month of nothing finally got a reply with a return code! Sent it back got a confirmation to say refund has gone through. I checked my bank and they have refunded £112. So I’m now back in the rollercoaster of emails with AI. Another month has passed! So frustrating and feels like I’ve been scammed. Will never deal with this company again after I get the rest of my money back.

Horrible customer service, like others have reported. They only sent one item from the two I ordered. When I emailed, and offered to upload the packing slip showing they only packed half my order, I only ever got an automated response. Customer service is nonexistent--literally, I don't believe it actually exists! I sent follow-ups weekly for a month asking for a resolution and only ever got auto-responder replies. Do yourself a favour and don't order from this company online. I'm having to pursue a refund from Visa.

honestly dont order from them

honestly dont order from them. they are very sneaky with trying to refund you a much lower amount than what you are entitled to, hoping you dont notice, then go silent mode on customer service when raised. very dodgy. the items are also rather poor quality and made of very thin and non-durable materials. you can get better in a high street shop to be honest.

Such a shame because Desigual really…

Such a shame because Desigual really does have some nice clothes. In an ongoing dispute with them over a refund - luckily I paid via Paypal so a third part is involved. I sense bad things are brewing for the company (can't afford to refund people I assume). I thought it was just me but crazy to see so many other people with the same issue.

Horrible support

Horrible support.
Bought a jumper that didn't even last one wash. The fabric teared near the pattern on the back of the shirt and I followed the washing instructions.

My wife contacted you regarding this 202603 and still no answers!

Business model is clear and users can clearly not count on getting any support once the invoice is paid.

Worst Customer Service!

If I was able to rate this store -0, I definitely would have done so! Desigual has the worst customer service ever! I was a loyal customer for over 25 years and within those years, I may have had to returned an order or item about 4x without a problem UNTIL, late 2025. In late 2025, I made a large purchase (over $400). I did not like some of the items or the fit, so I requested and received a return label. I returned the items (asking for a full refund) well before the 30-day return window had closed. Crickets! I followed up with Desigual at least a dozen times over the span of a couple of months, and always got an automated response stating that they were trying to decide the best way to handle my situation. The best way to handle my situation was to just give me my money back!!! Thank God I had purchased the items with a credit card! After being given the runaround by Desigual for nearly two months, I contacted my credit card company and explained my problem. The credit card company informed me they would have to do an investigation. They requested a copy of my return receipt which showed the date and time I sent the items back to Desigual, my return receipt number, information regarding the items I returned, and the numerous emails between me and Desigual. Desigual’s response was always the same, of course! I also provided a copy of the tracking notification which showed when and where Desigual received my return. Well … after less than a week, I was fully refunded! I will NEVER purchase anything from Desigual again, and I will NEVER recommend that anyone else does!

Placed an order 31/3, yet to arrive, live chat wont connect to a human, the number they provide on that chat when rung is just a message service saying the number no longer operates, sent a webform and heard nothing back. wish i had looked at these reviews before ordering. much regret.

Having problems returning items

Having problems returning items. Can't get in touch as they have disconnected their customer service and only use chat bots. Emailed and got a response to say they will be in contact within 48hours. That was 2 weeks ago and still nothing. Emailed again, still nothing. Worst customer service ever and will never buy from them again

I’m very disappointed with the customer…

I’m very disappointed with the customer service.

I returned an item and instead of receiving the refund back to my original payment method, I was given a gift card that does not work. Because of this, I had to pay for my next purchase again with my own money.

I contacted customer support multiple times. First, they took more than two weeks to reply, and when they finally did, they simply sent instructions on how to use the gift card — completely ignoring the fact that the card itself was not functioning.

After that, they stopped responding again. It has now been several weeks, and the issue is still unresolved.

At this point, it feels like they are just ignoring the problem instead of actually helping the customer. Very frustrating experience, especially from a well-known brand.

No return label

I ordered an item and when it came it did not fit and the same day I went on to the website to return it. Everything was ok apart from I didn’t get a returns label emailed in order to return the item. I have emailed every day sometimes twice a day but get nowhere they just send instructions which I have already tried. You can’t speak to anyone and they don’t stick to their timescales for helping either. I have used this company for over 14 years but they don’t seem to care.

Stylish boho shirt in nice quality

Desigual has amazing designs at normal prices which is just great !!!! Frequently new designs, unique styles with nice quality. My shirt is very nice, just as the picture. I should have got the S size but I'm keeping it anyway..
