I love Desigual and all my dresses are…

I love Desigual and all my dresses are from the brand. My husband always tells me that I look stunning in them and I get a lot of compliments even from strangers. Many ladies try to copy my style but it's not mine - it's the style of Desigual.
My recent purchase was this tie-dye top which is so lovely and sunny looking.
The only disadvantage is that each item looks unique and different so I have to order a few of the same in order to choose which exact pattern or colour shade suits me best. x

This dress is super cute

This dress is super cute. I can’t wear it for the wedding because it’s too dark and the material is a bit heavy for this time of year but I can’t wait for an event in the fall. It fits great and looks fabulous on. Nice quality as well.

Size exchange - poor customer service

As a Desigual Gold Member, I have always enjoyed the brand and have generally had positive experiences with both the products and customer service. This is why my recent experience was particularly disappointing.

I purchased a pair of jeans online using a promotional discount. Unfortunately, the size was too small, so I visited a Desigual store to exchange them for the exact same jeans in a larger size.

The store processed the return and asked me to purchase the new size separately. However, I was not informed beforehand that this would result in paying approximately €30 more for the exact same item and losing my loyalty points.

Had this been clearly explained to me before the transaction, I would not have proceeded under those conditions.

What disappointed me most was not only the additional cost, but the handling of the complaint afterwards. Despite several exchanges with Customer Service, the responses repeatedly focused on the distinction between online and in-store sales channels, while never addressing the key issue: the lack of information provided before the transaction took place.

To their credit, Desigual acknowledged that I did not receive a “100% Desigual service” and apologised for the experience. However, no concrete solution or goodwill gesture was offered.

I remain a customer of the brand, but I hope Desigual will review how these situations are handled in the future, as customers should not be financially disadvantaged by a simple size exchange without being properly informed beforehand.

Another scam company- avoid at all…

Another scam company- avoid at all costs. Ordered item from Desigual via ASOS ( who didn’t inform me that the item was delivered by a 3rd party in Spain!) item didn’t fit , so followed returns process only to receive a UPS barcode that no one accepts so now stuck with item and out of pocket - contacted their customer services who basically have given me a 🖕… please don't give them your business
