Awful customer service, disrespectful, AVOID like the plague

I ordered a logo to be put on a jumper for my father for his birthday. I handmade the jumper and sent first one, they didn't receive it. I made yet another and sent it which was received and then I was told I would have it back complete with logo in 10 days. I waited 16 days before I emailed and asked where my item was and I was told nothing other that it would be with me the middle of the following week. I wrote back asking for a deserved explanation and I got a response saying that they had tried to communicate using the best information and that they had a factory holiday. This is wrong they only responded to my complaint and they had not communicated with me at all to say there might be a delay. Personally I don't believe a word of it and I if the item was going to be with me Tues/Weds of the following week it leads me to conclude that actually after 16 days has not even be done yet and it would obviously now be rushed and posted on the Monday. It is now the Wednesday and I still have no item. I wrote to complain to the company again and I was met with one line email saying it would be with me tomorrow. Totally unacceptable. If you keep saying it will be with you tomorrow of course at some point you may be correct. No customer care whatsoever, he has had my money for two months now and David appears not to care about the fact that I have waited and my order has clearly been neglected. Will never order from them again and would recommend that others go elsewhere especially if they have any reasonable time frame within which they expect their item to be delivered.
