Counter top installed on 11/27/23
Counter top installed on 11/27/23, on 4/16/26 an 8 ounce glass fell from the above cabinet, resulting in a large triangular shaped split. Company unresponsive. The individual Eullero stated they do not cover this damage. There is a 25 year warranty.

We went to the show room to see the granite and delivery crew was great
We went to the show room to see the granite before installed. The folks there were knowledgeable and very professional as well as personable. The installation crew were respectful to us and our home. Making sure they were careful when coming through doorways and lifting it as to not scratch our cabinets. All personnel were kind and courteous. Thank you
Silestone kitchen worktops .My new build is fitted with grey marble…
My new build is fitted with grey marble looking kitchen worktops. They stain really badly even when wiping clean with soapy water. Any spill will result in clouding of the surface. I would avoid these surfaces entirely. I can't believe they are called durable. We've treated them with kid gloves for 2 years, now they are destined for the skip. Absolute junk
Excellence
From order to fitting this was without doubt the smoothest aspect of our build. Professional in every way down to waiting on units being fitted to get exact measure before fitting. What an enhancement to our home
Well done all involved from CKB to Granite and marble
Great product and installation crew.
Great product and installation crew.
DONT BUY SENSA
I bought sensa because supposed to be waterproof. NOT AT ALL... the stone has not been treated. In less than a month it became damaged. And now the damage is progressing constantly and visibly. Cosentino has agreed to replace the stone, but it's been 2 months I only received pictures of ugly stones (the ones that nobody wants..? ..) - that have nothing to do btw with the pictures they have on their website ot what they show in their show room. I don't know how the company will retrieve w/o damaging anything and nobody wants to take responsability. I am now losing patience and considering lawsuit...
Ask for Jennifer Roberts for the best help with your project
My recent contact with Jennifer Roberts restored my faith in the industry. During my phone conversation and face-to-face meeting she was prompt, knowledgeable and professional. She helped me confidently select the thru-body "Chateau Brown" slab for my bath remod. It took me months of searching to finally find a product I like and I could not have done it without the help of Jennifer Roberts. She is a real asset to the Cosentino operation.
Bad approach to customers
Our company was considering using them for a large commercial development but we never got past the website . Great images but constantly being interrupted by some pop up. Attempted to complain but all they want is information on you and even then they dont offer any real customer help . Always a red flag to us
Not fit for purpose
I chose silestone 5 years ago for my new kitchen. I wasn’t given any information about heat resistence. The only advice I was given was about removing stains.
About 2 years after installation a hairline crack appeared from the corner of the under sink which then lead to a hairline crack of about 6 inches on the top.
A representative came form silestone which is a Spanish company and tested the surface with wax which revealed rings showing where heat had been placed on the surface . I was then Told hot plates should not be placed on the surface and a cover needs to be place in the surface . Tbh not being able to put a hot dinner plate on the surface when serving up food makes it an unsuitable worktop choice. Silestone would not take any responsibility and were unwilling to mend or suggest a way forward.
Whilst the look of silestone is great I would not recommend it for a kitchen worktop as it is not fit for purpose and the 25 years after installation guarantee is worthless!!
Warranty is useless
I can't for the life of me get this company to honour their warranty. I have exchanged countless emails with them. They said they would honour their warranty and now they won't respond to emails or phone calls.
Silestone quality control is terrible
Silestone quality control is terrible. Our counter had many very dark flakes that were nothing close to the sample or rest of counter. Zero response from company.
They just don't care - AVOID
Here's another one star review by somebody who now wishes he'd seen these reviews before purchase. I don't think I've ever seen a 61% one star review profile before.
Our less than 3 year old Silestone worktop cracked after 40 minutes exposure to a silicon rubber electric plate warming mat on its medium (80 degrees C) heat setting. At no time did the worktop become too hot to touch.
Cosentino rejected our claim out of hand, ignored my comments regarding never becoming too hot to touch, stating thermal shock caused by excessive heat being applied to cold stone (installed in a centrally heated house!).
They obviously don't care about their customers, and clearly don't beleive what their customers say.
To be clear, our Silestone worktop cracked after being gently warmed to no more than 80 degrees C over a 40 minute period using a plate warmer in accordance with instructions. Draw your own conclusions.
DO NOT purchase from here
DO NOT purchase from here. Had a similar experience. Purchased this for our kitchen. Was installed in February. We kept getting scratches and emailed them and called in June. They blamed us and our contractor. We finally got a consentino tech to come four months later in October who shared the product was defective. It’s now December and they have given us no resolution. We will also be filing a claim with the better business bureau as well. The entire customer service team was rude and unresponsive. Even when they came to my home before the tech showed up they were rude and continued to blame me.
shocking website for trying to activate…
shocking website for trying to activate a guarantee. Simply doesn’t work via their scan code.
Hope the dekton work surfaces are better than their website!!!
Don’t use Cosentino or Magnet
Don’t use Cosentino or Magnet - terrible experience which can leave you thousands out of pocket if/when your silestone worktop cracks. Please note that this is my personal experience and my opinion only. It is for you to make your own decision.
After purchasing a Magnet kitchen which included a silestone worktop, it crack in the middle of a join after only 10 months. Cosentino said that I had put something hot on it - I hadn’t.
I contacted Magnet who sold it to me and said that they didn’t hold the warranty and there was nothing they could/would do.
Magnet sold it to me, did not tell me that they were not responsible for faulty worktops or what you can and can’t do with it. If you put a cup of tea on your worktop, a crack develops then tough.
I now have a crack in the worktop and can’t afford to replace it - looks terrible and is a shocking advert for the 2 companies. My builder said that he will no longer use both companies and 2 family members who have seen the worktop decided not to use either companies products for their new kitchens.
Cosentino’s silestone can easily crack, even when looking after it - in my experience. They will leave you high and dry.
Don’t use Cosentino or Magnet without being aware of the risks.

Poor customer service and product!
We purchased an expensive Silestone worktop with our kitchen from a UK kitchen retailer costing £000s.
It looks very nice and we have had it in place for just 2 months and we noticed a ring on worktop and a smaller mark. You can only see the marks when light shines on the surface.
We have not placed a pan or hot plate on the worktop and have been very careful bearing in mind the cost.
The original installer came out and have been talking to Cosentino on our behalf. We explained we have not intentionally placed anything on the worktop that was very hot, why would we! The kitchen is brand new!
Cosentino have responding saying they will not inspect it as "This is from heat or chemical"
We are totally gutted, the product is sold as being of a high quality etc. and you get sucked into the 25 year warranty promise!
Stay away!

Do not purchase this product
Do not purchase this product. Their response to warranty issues is so insulting and hateful. We installed Iron Bark quartz in our new home in Virginia. The area around our stove and sink has remained perfect and beautiful. However the countertop at the kitchen island is a complete disaster. Every spill leaves a permanent stain. There are numerous marks and scars on the finish. We have never left a caustic material on the surface. The response from the company has been most upsetting in its accusatory nature. We will be pursuing the matter in the local courts for breach of contract. I suspect this company will be filing for bankruptcy in the near future.

Cosentino Silestone countertops…
Cosentino Silestone countertops purchased through Lowes, Colorado Springs, CO. The protective finish after just couple of years showed small imperfections where water and food matter could enter under finish. Another couple years later shows many areas where liquids have penetrated under the original finish. Very disappointed with this product.

ABSOLUTELY HORRIBLE!
ABSOLUTELY HORRIBLE!! If I could give negative stars I would. Phoenix office is an absolute joke. They don't stand behind their product AT ALL!! My countertop never even made it into my house, it chipped so bad, at no fault of the installer, as per the words of their staff. They would only refund 2 of the 3 slabs but admitted it was "faulty". Terrible on every level!
