Design info great service and all products that I ordered were quickly delivered to my address. Best online website to buy Camera and accessories at discounted price.

I ordered a tripod camera mount, mailed them 2 times in a period of 4 days, which was not replied.
and then i got a mail that your money has been refunded, no further details on it.

they basically kept my money for 4 days and sent back. Wasted my time

The overall experience was great, but there's room for improvement on your website. Although shipping charges were applied, the item arrived later than expected.

It is my first time purchase. Delivery experience is very nice. They use Blue dart Air. You will get your product 2- 3 days maximum. Sunday is holiday. So book your product on week days.. At last product is recently manufactured.

Purchased several camera accessories and a Nikon z6ii. The experience was great and the product was shipped same day with no hiccups. I received the shipment next day in Bangalore via BlueDart and the packaging was great. All the products arrived exactly as mentioned on their website.
I will recommend this purchase to others in my group as well.

Worst purchase experience. They don’t respond to your queries at all. Once the product is shipped, they don’t even check if the product has reached the customer or not.
You have to keep messaging them on Whatsapp for shipping information and support and you will only get single word responses from them. Worst customer support.

I ordered insta 360 accessories. One generic invisible stick and 3 genuine products for my insta 360 one x2 , cap guard , lens gaurd and extra battery.
They deliver within 2 days

Not realy the best experience.
Ordered only two products and one came quick, but one was missing.
So I had to call them, asking for the other product.
I was told it will come with another parcel from a different warehouse.
I asked for the tracking number, but only got it after writing about four emails.
Then Parcel service called and said they will not deliver, so it had to be picked up from another town.
Spended some larger amount for petrol and lots of time. For this amout I was given a voucher for the shop.
So I ordered some small item and after more than one week it still has not moved.
