You blew it on the delivery
Ordered a chair from there website I was contacted shortly after by a member on WhatsApp notifying me the cushion I had chose was extremely hard I then opted for the softer cushion... all going well so far, then came the delivery I received a text with a time and date and was asked to reply with yes or no to the delivery date and time, seen as the delivery date was acceptable I replied with yes. Anyhow the date came and I was given a time slot of 15:00-18:00 pm a large time gap but ok. I waited in the vacant house and surely enough no delivery, I chalked this up to a no show. The time was 21:15 and I received a phone call asking where I was it was the delivery people way out of the time slot they had allocated, due to me leaving town it then became a rush to get back to the property to accept the chair. I was constantly phoned asking where I was how long I was going to be etc I explained the time slot was 15:00-18:00 and it was now 9 pm once I arrived back the delivery driver decided he would carry the chair in whilst smoking a cigarette to which he stumped the cigarette out on my plastic bin and dropped the butt on the grass on my property. The two delivery men couldn't give me a reason why the delivery was late and why I had not recieved even a text to notify me of a change in time they were absolutely not intrested. I locked up the house and the passenger of the delivery van asked if he could use the toilet even though he had just watched me lock up. I wasn't prepared to allow either of them back into the house especially with how they treated my property and had spoken to me. I understand deliveries run late etc but there was no notification and a sheer lack of respect, not to mention smoking a cigarette whilst holding a chair . I will see what the quality of the chair is like and adjust this review accordingly

I ordered a sofa on the 5th May 2025…
I ordered a sofa on the 5th May 2025 and it still has not arrived. The delivery date wasn’t given, until I asked and has been changed on two occasions. Yesterday the 13th June I get a call saying they don’t have that colour in stock. They will send me a letter with a sample, which I haven’t received yet regarding a change of fabric colour.
If you want to be messed around, given false promises and let down and kept hanging, then this is a great company to buy a sofa from. If you don’t, I would consider purchasing your sofa elsewhere.

Awful company
Awful company, basically a drop ship company with no stock. Ordered a children's bed only to be told it was not in stock 1 day after payment had been made and when i found an alternative once again to be told it was not in available. Instead of cancelling pending payment, they allowed it to be taken and informed me it would take at least 7-10 days for the refund to be processed.
Complete scam just a way to hold on to money not belonging to them AVOID AT ALL COSTS!!

Bad customer service but good product
Today after a long Waite and many emails backward and forward I received my arm chair.
I would have given 5 star for the quality of their product, but the reason for 3 star is their customer service . They are borderline rude and aggressive .
But the armchair is of excellent quality and design. I am pleased with my purchase and would have liked to buy again from this company, but I decided is not worth the stress they gave me.

Exquisite sofas
We recently bought two three seater Buckingham sofas and a wing armchair.
As with every web purchase you’re a little nervous having not seen the product “ in the flesh” and spending such a lot of money.
We needn’t have been bothered.
The sofas are beautiful- way beyond our expectations in all honesty. The carving on the extended feet we bought -a little pricey- is magnificent.
We couldn’t be any happier.
The only downside to the entire experience was the delivery people were very reluctant to remove and dispose of the packaging.
Would highly recommend this supplier.

Exceptional customer service
Like any company, human error is essentially going to creep in. We ordered a 3 seater and a 2 seater arrived. Customer service were quick to deal with the issue and we recieved our 3 seater shortly after. The 2nd issue cropped up with a patch on it that started to peel away. Once again, customer service manager, Samantha was quick to get back to me and resolved the issue with professionalism. She went above and beyond my expectations. Will buy again from this company due to the customer service alone!

Nightmare delivery process!
The delivery process for designer sofas 4 you is a nightmare. They send you a date for delivery, then when you can't be home you have to wait at least 2 weeks to get a new delivery date, which is generally in another 4 weeks time. I ordered my sofa in November 2024 and am still yet to recieve it. The 1st date they suggested for delivery was when I was on holiday, which I informed them once I placed an order and they obviously ignored it. The 2nd date, I was away for 2 days and couldn't be home. The 3rd date theyve given me is Easter Sunday! I've tried talking to the manager to request a better date or a refund as its so frustrating. The manager informed me that I would have to pay 30% of the cost if i cancel. He also stated that they can not give customers choices for their delivery dates, instead it becomes a bit of a lottery in the hope that you've not made any plans on the dates they're suggesting. I explained that if dfs and scs can do it what's the difference, to which he replied we're not either of them and that I could come to Blackburn to collect it. This would mean I have to hire a large van and someone to help me too. And as im not close to Blackburn it would cost me quite a lot of money in petrol to fill a van, at least twice for the journey. Meaning any savings I would have made has now meant they would be more expensive than other companies I could have ordered from. The manager also told me to just have someone sit in my house if I can't be there. But after all this inefficienty there is no way i'd trust them to deliver it carefully without me being home. I also live alone in a completely different area to my friends and family, so this couldnt be possible anyway.
I would advise never to pay all the money when placing an order as the inconvenience in their delivery scheduling will mean you've given them money in their bank whilst they keep you stringing along. I have had a few weeks off work, so i even explained to them they could deliver on any of those weeks, but i was informed they will not take delivery date requests, although i gave them a choice of between one week and three weeks. This whole delivery process does not work. Its far from customer friendly. In fact it puts the customer out, instead of putting them 1st as other better companies would do. Their advert states they have sofas within 48 hours. Unless you live in Blackburn I would say this is definitely an impossibility for them to fulfil. Approach with caution. Do not be taken in by the fair pricing as you'll just end up with a headache, not a sofa.
