Poor quality furniture and extremely rude and aggressive delivery team
Furniture broken got fixed upon return the broken it and ruined another section of sofa didn't tell me the damaged it
Then realised the bit that 'fixed' is infact still broken
Want refund but have no choice but to take a replacement not repair thia time and Obviously my issue is i have to let the vile delivery team back into my house not a nice thought
Sofa only 10 month old was broken by 6 months
Avoid at all cost pay more at DFS get quality goods quality service and quality customer service
I WILL SAY AGAIN
AVOID AT ALL COST
Have many photos of damage done by delivery team also a video of the being abuses in there native tongue good old chat gbt translated it for me

I bought a sofa and 3 chairs from these people , traveled an hour half to look at them , I must say the salesperson Kayleigh was a real pleasure to deal with nothing was too much trouble , we chose a leather sofa and chairs and delivered in the time frame she said , a lot cheaper than one closer to home so well worth the trip , would highly recommend

Quality at an Affordable Price
I already own a Queen Anne high wing chair, in antique Tudor Apple, that sits in my bedroom. I am so pleased with this chair that I recently ordered a Chesterfield sofa & two accompanying Queen Ann chairs for my sitting room.
The ordering process was straightforward, coms were good & the furniture was delivered exactly when confirmed. I am absolutely delighted with this purchase. The smell of leather when I come down in the morning. Glorious! The chairs & sofa are comfortable, supportive & look fabulous. Kept informed all along the way.
Extremely happy with my Chesterfield settee.
The 2 lads that delivered it also kept me informed and were bang on time. They were also very careful when bringing it into the bungalow.
