The quality of the glasses and the customer service is top class. Prices are much more affordable compared to glasses shops that offer the same brands!

There was an issue with the original glasses I had ordered due to the supplier of the frame, but the customer support was fantastic at keeping me regularly updated and ensured my glasses arrived much sooner than I expected.

I will definitely be using Designer Glasses Boutique again!

I've ordered from a number of online glasses sellers. Some good, some not so good. Pleased to report that these guys are the former!

I was conscious that their name could just be a spoof company but felt reassured by the number of positive reviews.

I also sent them an email before ordering to make sure they had the item in stock. A bug bear of mine is when online providers don't and there's inevitable delay of 3-4 weeks whilst they source them. Thankfully, i heard back from Lucy at the company who was very quick to communicate back and helpful at all times throughout the process. It's these sort of interactions that mean i will become a repeat customer of there's. Kudos.

Brilliant company. I bought some DITA SEQUOIA glasses from them at a great price. I found them a lovely company to deal with.

I bought the glasses through the website as I don't not live anywhere nearby. Glad to say they are very trustworthy, a pleasure to deal with. I was a little nervous to spend that money with a company I didn't know, but it was a brilliant experience and I would happily do so again.

Cannot recommend enough. Great service from DGB have bought several glasses over time from them and also had several pairs of prescription glasses. The staff are amazing if you have questions or requests and my glasses have been sent quickly and always perfectly wrapped

I have ordered frames which were marked as in stock online and was notified that they would be despatched in 4-6 days . 3-4 weeks later, still haven't received anything. I have contacted me through the chat and told me that the glasses were coming all the way from Italy and therefore a little delay. I wanted these glasses because they were supposed to be available immediately.
This company is advertising as holding stock when they clearly don’t! That is so misleading and very unprofessional. I would not recommend this website !

Ordered sunglasses which were dispatched on the same day. They arrived within 2 days. They were £130 less than what the maker were charging on their own website. They are 100% genuine. No question. Will use designer glasses boutique again. Very happy.

At first I was dubious as selling Prada sunglasses for £115 under retail price but these are the real deal and provide excellent and timely customer service via email. My sunglasses arrived quickly but had a slight manufacturing fault, a warranty claim was immediately raised and the day after I returned my sunglasses I had a brand new pair arrive via Royal Mail. Excellent, will use again and recommend.

Great friendly service, efficient communication which kept me up to date at every step. And, when I asked for a specific delivery date due to being away, the team was very flexible and the glasses (which are fab and which I couldn’t get anywhere else) were delivered exactly when promised. Thank you - a great customer experience!

I purchased a pair of sunglasses (which arrived earlier than expected I might add) when I noticed that there were some usual items that were not included.

I reached out to them via chat and their customer support team were professional and straight on point. They sent me the missing items that day and I received it this morning. Nothing but 5 stars and gaining a customer's trust for this company. You guys are amazing.

Ordered a pair of Tom Ford frames that were considerably cheaper than a well known opticians and sent in my prescription on Tues 5th March.
I'm going away on holiday so emailed to check if they would be with me before leaving. Lucy was great and assured me that she would endeavour to get them to me on time.
Well, they arrived on Sat 9th March and are perfect!
I'll definitely be using this company again.
