Can't grumble
I was on Derby Homes homefinder since January 2019 and not heard anything back from them even though I had contacted them several times. Derwent were very quick once my application had been processed so can't grumble about anything they have done the flat is perfect

From finding the flat to signing was…
From finding the flat to signing was just a matter of about 3 weeks for all the processing to be completed.
I was informed of everything as it happened and then again as I was accepted.
I'm truly grateful for my new home.
Derwent living are simply great at helping.

So happy here, derwent have been amazing with repairs etc from day one. If there's ever been a problem I've rang and they've dealt with it straight away or if their unable to have had someone to call me back promptly! Love it here!!

After 9 months of not being able to get…
After 9 months of not being able to get outdoors, because we were in a first floor apartment the bungalow will be amazing for my wife after being disabled after a nasty stroke. Well done Derwent.
