Staff are lovely
The flat is lovely, but the boiler was broken had to be repaired, one of the windows are broken with no hinges on, our telecom was completely out of date different model to the system, and we have no form of help with flooring when we came from absolutely nothing, apart from that it’s a home at the end of the day. Yes i love my new home, i moved in to a very clean home with some people dont clean it before mobing in but its was lovely and now im turning it in to my lovelt home im so happy thank you :)

Beautiful house
We were in such need for an affordable two bedroomed house due to having a baby. We were contacted and offered a property and less than a week later had signed and moved into the property.
The property is beautiful, a pristine new build
I cant thank derwent enough, communication was great and everything handled so quickly

Ok..
It's a great size. But very annoyed that there was faeces in both toilets and one had not been flushed. You would think this would be checked before letting. I also have a boiler that doesn't work and low water pressure. Again you would think this would be checked before.
