I ordered one item on 4.25.26, Dermstore for 73.03. you said on my Gmail you received the order. So I waited for it. Checked my mail repeatedly. Nothing. I finally called Dermstore, they looked it up and said it was cancelled but my money wasn't taken. I asked why it was cancelled. She said your system did it even though my card approved of the purchase. The money was available. It would have been nice if your company had bothered to tell me you cancelled it. You didn't. Weeks went by, you never told me. Wasting my time for quite awhile. I'll order my product elsewhere.

Terrible customer service…do not purchase from them
I returned an order recently due to some of the products in it it arriving rancid, first off I was approved by customer service to return it so..I returned it…..four weeks later after contacting customer service for my refund about 8 times I get a message saying it can’t be refunded because it was opened..well duhh how would I know it was rancid unless I opened it now I’m out $250.00. This isn’t the first time I’ve had issues with Dermstore, but is definitely the last time I ever purchase from them PERIOD…I am done…UPDATE 💥💥💥💥Dermstore has reached out to me and refunded my order which I appreciate very much.

Would like to see more brands in make up category. Was hoping to get Anastasia mascara included with my order. Pretty popular line.
Was also surprised and greatly dissapointed that with an over $300 orderI could only select 1 free free gift from a choice of 2 items of which both were sunscreens! Used to have better selection and would be allowwd 2 or 3 testers addressing various skin needs. I would think that more testers equates to more future purchases from your customers.

I love the tinted mineral 50 sunscreen…
I love the tinted mineral 50 sunscreen that works so well for everyday use. Living in FL and swimming several times a week this product has saved my skin from damage. The tint doesn't turn orange and melts into my skin. I don't need to apply any foundation and if I want to, I use the clear mineral sunscreen. Both are from SkinCeuticals Physical Fusion UV Defense spf50.
