Overall disgusting
So we walked into the Denny's at 19 and 52 and was slapped in the face with a smell of dirt. I noticed that they had carpet so I assumed that's where the smell came from. It took some time before we were seated. When we were sitting there we noticed that a lot of food was not coming out very fast. If it wouldn't have been for my husband who just had a colonoscopy we would have probably left because it was so bad. After finally receiving our food we ate and had to wait for our check. After receiving our check I noticed that I was charged over 15 some dollars for a breakfast which consisted of two eggs, toast and sausage. I honestly did not even confront the server about that because all we wanted to do was get out of there as fast as possible. The whole experience was horrible there was no warm feeling from the staff and they definitely had no urgency to take care of their customers. And to top it off when I went to pay for our meal the credit card machine was so greasy and grimy that I actually felt like I was going to throw up. I work in the restaurant business and I would never recommend you going to that restaurant ever. The quality of food and service was definitely not worth the amount of money that you pay. We definitely will never return to Denny's ever.
Denny’s Delivery
I ordered delivery through DoorDash. I got three breakfast items. Moons over Hammy w/hash browns and cheese, chocolate chip and banana pancakes, and one biscuit with sausage gravy. The sandwich and pancakes were great. I couldn’t eat the biscuit and sausage gravy. It did not look good. The only other thing were the hash browns which were undercooked. Overall, not bad and it was delivery through a third party.

I am writing on behalf of multiple customers who have had the same disappointing experience at the Denny's location in Eloy. This is not an isolated complaint we are a community of loyal, longtime customers who have watched this location deteriorate rapidly over the last three months.
The food quality has dropped significantly, undercooked pancakes, burnt eggs, cold hamburgers, and coffee so strong that even a retired truck driver couldn't drink it. The waitstaff is either nowhere to be found, constantly in the middle of a shift change, or unable to provide items listed on the menu.
But the biggest problem is the new management. The manager is rude, dismissive, and unprofessional — both with customers and with her own employees, which explains why the entire staff has quit. When a loyal customer simply asked about the change in personnel, the manager became visibly angry and refused to answer basic questions. That is unacceptable.
The Denny's in Eloy used to be a place where customers felt like family; warm food, smiling faces, and servers who knew your name. Today it is a dysfunctional, angry, and unprofessional environment that drives away the loyal customers who kept it running.
We drive many miles only to stop here and receive this kind of treatment. The community has noticed, and the conversation is already spreading on social media.
We sincerely hope corporate takes immediate action before this location closes and before the manager is forced to find a new job... somewhere between hell and Siberia.

I'm ashamed of Cortland Denny's and will never eat there again!
I was having breakfast at the Cortland, NY Denny's on March 5th when I witnessed a male server abusing and co-worker it made my stomach sick. This male who was African American was working with a White Woman when he started following her around the restaurant, swearing and yelling at her using very bad language towards her. The poor girl did not approach him or react in any way, she just tried waiting on her tables. He screamed F@CK YOU in the middle of the restaurant at her then I heard him threated to have her beatup by his girlfriend. The manager witnessed all of it but did nothing.
Is this how Denny's allows their employees to be treated while at work? This guy broke many employee laws and nothing happened to him. I will NEVER pay for another meal at Denny's in Cortland. Shame on all of the Management Team and Owner-you should protect your employees from harassment and a violent workplace not to mention fearing for their lives. You should all be re-trained on employee laws or hire a qualified management team and that male server should be fired before a lawsuit is filed again your restaurant!

If there was ZERO star I would give it to them. I ordered food and was called telling me.that my food was ready at 12:27 am eastern time. I drive there for about 10 minutes. When I got inside they told me thst my food was not ready and had to sit and wait few minutes. ( this was their chosen words) So, I waited, waited other people came ordered paid and left me feeling like I was invisible. Each time O asked the answer was few minutes then I waited until around 01:45 I was forced to call while I am inside the restaurant watching I'm and outgoing customers. They told me to wait few minutes at around 02:10 one gent brought incomplete broken meal and me to have made a mistake of calling for my order update and that they got no control over what they tell certaincustomers. (Seriously?!?!) Right now I feel reliving the same nightmare today. Then they told me That I wi have to wait for another 45 minutes for my order to be fixed . They do not greet you right away. Very longggggg wait!!!! The restaurant smells bad and is unkept When I went to sit down, the table and booth was dirty. The food was cold and nasty. What I really wanted of course they didn't have. They gave me a substitute meal which was salty and nasty. I just left it alone. I will never set foot in there ever again. At least not that Denny's on Tintern St. Maybe I will try another Denny's in the future.

Awful meal. It was cold and tasteless. The waitress was rude and never asked how meal was no service but to bring drinks and 1/2 hour later get the order and another 1/2 hourlater our meal. Sue was so delightfully friendly and helped me locate my cell phone which I thought had been lost. When we entered #7544, we thought any restaurant would do, but no more.
