Bailey was exceptionally efficient and had a fantastic knowledge of the product I wanted to buy. He dealt with me politely and the turn around of the necessary admin was almost immediate. He gave me great confidence in the company and inspired me to return to purchase at another time.

On our first visit to the showroom we had the pleasure of dealing with Bailey , who we can honestly say is the nicest sales guy we have ever met ,great sense of style and professionalism which compliments your beautiful showroom . He went above and beyond to help us choose a new dining table , sideboard and chairs as this resulted in two long visits . A huge thank you for the emails and calls to make the process stress free , all very much appreciated along with the coffee on arrival . Bailey is a real asset to the company and look forward to buying our next item from you .

Our experience with Bailey Conway was overall impressive. Bailey was polite, extremely helpful and quick to understand our requirements and suggest interesting solutions. Bailey was straightforward and professional. It was altogether a pleasant experience unlike so many sales situations.

We travelled 3 & a half hours today to visit the Denelli Italia showroom as we had seen a lovely corner sofa online. We had rung earlier in the week & spoke to Steve who was very helpful & explained the sofa we liked wasn’t in the showroom but they had similar comfort ones.
When we arrived today Steve gave us a friendly & warm welcome & helped us with any questions & advice.
We purchased the sofa we had originally seen & really liked online & look forward to receiving our sofa in a few months time.

Very happy with the sales side of the company. We dealt with Steve Sathers who went out of his way to be helpful & answer our (numerous) questions. He also facilitated matching cushions for us which were not advertised as an option. Not at all pushy, but very helpful. Good job done 😁.

Steve did an excellent job this morning of helping us to choose the perfect sideboard for our dining room. He was personable and very well informed and also gave us ideas for the dining room chairs which we will purchase from Steve when our refurbishment is completed.

Steve from Denelli provided a very professional sales service from the outset. He was always helpful, informative without being pushy and provided a competitive price. If I had any questions they were responded to in a timely manner....it took a while to make the purchase, so his patience was also greatly appreciated! I'm really looking forward to receiving the table and sideboards now :)

I have previously written about my experience with this company and the fact I was told my leather sofa was infact part leather and part faux (which I did not know) after contacting trust pilot the store got back and confirmed I had 100% leather sofa!! I phoned up and was told that I had indeed got 100% leather sofa when I queried why I had an email saying I didn't was told that the person who had sent the email was incompetent and didn't know what they were talking about!! Doesn't give me any confidence in company and doesn't change the fact I have a two tone sofa which I still am not sure if leather or not as don't know what to believe now!!!Basically I would like my money back and return the sofa so I can go and get a proper leather one. They have sent me a leather care kit as a gesture of goodwill though so thanks for that!!!!
