Swift customer service
I placed a small (but important) order to complete a project for my daughter's birthday. When Royal Mail failed to deliver, Judi quickly responded to my website form by email and we sorted a solution. It goes to show that you can still get great customer service when you shop online!

This is a good one. I needed to know something but have phone anxiety; they have a note section at checkout and I simply asked them to email me the answer before sending. They took care of me even better than that. 5 star.
