Contacted them to fix a sensor of my primadonna soul back in feb, they arrange for a collection of the machine almost immediately, machine collected on 2nd of march, was received from their end on 3rd of machine. Never heard from them again. Called almost weekly , escalating, raising complaint, requesting call backs from managers ... Nothing..
On 30th of March they finally contacted me to say they inspected the machine and request 230 pounds to fix it ( I was promised a fix according to their website within 10 days !!!!) I tried to contact them again to see what s

After two days I decided to make the payment in the hooe that the complaint will eventually look at this ( I am an idiot ..I know ). I made the payment and the email says it should be fixed and delivered within 5 days. I made the payment on 2nd of April ... And again. Never heard again. I do not have the machine and I lost 230 pounds .. what a scam company. I will never buy anything from you ever again or any of your brands or products and I will actively spread the word of my experience. Absolutely disgusting and I will do whatever it takes to get the machine and my money back. Bloody scammer!!

Contacted De’longhi regarding my faulty…
Contacted De’longhi regarding my faulty toaster March 16th and was advised I would be sent a replacement in 10 days. After 2 weeks contacted De’longhi again and they said they would escalate the request for a replacement. Another 2 weeks have passed and still nothing.

Poor customer experience and service
Literally gad to order twice in less than week.
Took them 4 days to let me know my order had been cancelled due to it being out of stock, even though it was advertised and bought via their owe official website.
Reorder, web site states working 1-3 working days for delivery. Took them 1 day to even process my order that then pushed the delivery date to the following week. So it took 5 days.
I had also tried to see what was happening with my second order after the poor experience i had already had. Tried online agents. Literally got lied to and my questions ignored by them. Just nonsense none answers when i asked what was the situation of my order. Ended up calling up. Person i spoke to saud he would look into some compensation. None has been received. No communication nothing. Spent nearly £200. Will not be spending another penny with them.

I purchased a DeLonghi Magnifica with…
I purchased a DeLonghi Magnifica with milk carafe back in December. The machine worked well for 3 months, then the carafe stopped producing frothy milk.
We registered this used and was advised on 13/3/26 that a replacement would be ordered. They were on a 3 week delivery. 5 weeks later l have chased this up to be told by an agent that he cannot locate my order, that he cannot access the system, someone else would need to do it -that they couldn’t reconcile the order with the ticket number, that he has no idea whether l will end up at the back of the queue. He did say he would send an email to try and establish what’s happened. After 1 hour of being on the call and going round in circles,
I asked who l could escalate this to - to speak with someone who may be able to help further and he told me that there was no Managers who could help - that they were all on the same level - no complaints department/all complaints are dealt with by the agents.
This is a very frustrating and disappointing service from such a well known brand.
I am not blaming the agent, he seemed as frustrated as me on the call - l just want a carafe

Not received items and customer service is rubbish
Still haven’t received my items ordered 11 days ago now. I’ve called customer service twice now and they are the most unhelpful people, I asked to speak to a manager and I was told it wasn’t allowed.
I was told I didn’t need to call back and that I’d receive a email at some point with an updated. The items were for a wedding gift which I now had to go empty handed

Continuous out of stocks
Waited for a couple of weeks and decided to order product that was in stock, but was our second choice. 2 days later after chasing for despatch details our order was refunded as the items were out of stock. As this was the 4th time being disappointed we went to a retailer who was able to fulfill our order. Not sure why Delonghi try to be a retailer as well as a manufacturer

The most irresponsible customer service ever, avoid at all costs.
This is my very first review. I would strongly advise thinking twice before buying from De’Longhi, especially if you expect reliable customer support.
My experience has been extremely frustrating from the start. I initially tried to use their 10% subscription discount, but it never delivered. Despite this, I went ahead and ordered the Dedica Duo.
The delivery process was a mess. Parcelforce claimed they ‘attempted’ delivery, but I missed, and sent the parcel straight to a collection point without arranging a redelivery. To make matters worse, I received no emails or notifications at any stage. I only found out where my parcel was by manually checking the tracking.
Since the package weighs around 6kg, I contacted De’Longhi to request redelivery to my address. They assured me it would be handled, sent me the case number, and that I’d receive the item within 2 working days. I never received any email, and the tracking status didn’t change.
I contacted them again and was told to wait another 2 days. They also promised to send a chat transcript after the conversation ended, again, nothing was sent. On my third attempt, I asked for a refund so I could simply reorder, but they initially refused. Eventually, they said they would ‘leave a note’ for the relevant team, and once again promised follow-up emails that never arrived.
I then submitted an online enquiry. Someone finally responded, saying they would pass it to the appropriate department. When I asked for escalation to a senior team member, I was ignored.
At this point, my parcel is still sitting at the post office, and I have no idea when, or if, this issue will be resolved.
Overall, this has been a very disappointing experience, with poor communication, lack of follow-through, and no clear resolution. If you’re considering buying from De’Longhi, be prepared for this level of service if anything goes wrong.
* Update: After this review was released, they replied to my enquiry within less than 8 hours. They claim that if the order is not collected this will be returned to the sender. Mean all of the inquiries and conversations I've made previously are lies. And you are not able to reply to their decision. Please avoid at all costs.
