Delivered quickly

Delivered quickly, with good communication, and seems a good improvement on my previous, 10 year old, De'Longhi machine, which has probably made about 10,000 esspressos.

Absolutely worst ever customer service…

Bought a coffee machine from their site .Needed repair within guarantee period .Eventually - after extremely long wait got through on the phone .Three weeks ago got issued a ticket number and told faulty machine would be uplifted for repair .Nothing happened ,can’t get through on phone and ignoring my e mails .Really if this is what to expect would rather have refund,Absolutely worst ever customer service . Cant get through on phone and e mails get set replies . Beware before you buy a product

The coffee machine I wanted was out of…

The coffee machine I wanted was out of stock but I got notification to say it was available again very quickly. As I wanted a manual machine in a particular colour, not digital, I was pleased especially as I couldn't find the colour anywhere else. I was kept informed of dispatch and arrival date, only downside was the courier left it on my doorstep without ringing my bell. The machine works wonderfully well, produces good coffee, is very good value for the money and looks great in my kitchen. Everything I would expect from De'Longhi. My last one gave up the ghost recently but only after a lot of use over 15 years so I'm hoping this one will do the same.

Item arrived faulty

Item arrived faulty. Sent it back to receive an email saying it was out of stock. Went on your website, it was in stock. Ordered it again. Not good enough.

Faulty Machine and Poor Customer Service

I bought a coffee machine direct from DeLonghi in November 24. It developed a fault in June 25 and was sent for repair. It developed the same fault in Nov 25 and was sent for repair. It developed the same fault in June 26 so I asked for a refund or replacement under the Consumer Rights Act 2015, which DeLonghi seem completely unaware of. Their customer service representatives have no interest in solving problems. I was told to make a complaint, which I already had but have not received acknowledgement of. When I asked to see their complaint procedure they refused. I asked for a transcript of the Live Chat which I didn't receive. I've reported them to Trading Standards.
EDIT: DeLonghi don't seem to understand the Consumer Rights Act 2015 which entitles me to a refund or a replacement. The 'fault report' says there was no fault despite it being exactly the same fault as the previous two times which they repaired - they are clearly lying because I asked for a refund or a replacement and trying to fob me off with a machine that keeps breaking down. I would avoid De Longhi at all costs, they have no interest in proper customer service.

Poor customer service.

Poor customer service.
A £750 coffee machine started to leak after 19 months of use. Their solution was to send it to them and pay for a repair. No other offer of assistance.

Brand new faulty Coffee machine

Having received a faulty machine, arranged the pickup and Delonghi recieving the product back I had to contact customer services to get an update on what is happening. I was informed that a replacement product would be sent in 10 days. I feel for the high cost of the product that essentially waiting nearly 28 days in total for the original order is very poor. I would have expected a company such as DeLonghi to have sent a replacement product immediately as most respected companies tend to do today. In all I am not impressed and most likely will not purchase from this company again or recommend it.

I already left a dutch version

I already left a dutch version. As already said, we had already the same product but after many years, 9 years I think my husband thought it was broken and ordered a new one but in an other color. But afterwards the old machine was not broken at all. So, now we have a coffee machine downstairs and one upstairs. What do you think, that we are very satisfied!

Underwhelming experience

Underwhelmed by this espresso machine. Expected a lot more from this brand. Straight espresso lacks a decent crema and brew time a little quick even with a fine grind. Worst of all steam wand lacks lustre and requires a lot of work or a smaller volume of milk than you might be used to. Changed various settings and used a bottomless basket with a puck to no avail.

Simple plain espresso machine nothing fancy. Would appear to be less of an upgrade from earlier machines despite the cold espresso option.

Honestly I would return if I could and buy an older model.

Good price good service but not the best of products - read as many reviews as you can before you buy.

In short; looks great unlike the coffee.

Great to see a company that bothers to read reviews and respond. Yes those videos were very useful for setting up the machine and are recommended. But doesn’t really change my overall opinion. Upped the star rating based on customer service.
