Oh, Deindeal.ch, you absolute legends of customer service. I’ve sent over 10 emails in the last month—mostly just to see if your "Reply-Bot 3000" can come up with a new way to say "we don't care"—and you guys haven't disappointed! The level of stonewalling is honestly impressive; it’s like trying to get a straight answer out of a brick wall, but the wall is slightly more polite.
Calling is even better! It’s a great way to spend an afternoon being lied to.
My Smeg coffee machine broke in less than a year, but silly me for thinking a "guarantee" actually meant you’d, you know, guarantee something. I guess "guaranteed disappointment" was the fine print I missed. If you’re looking for a place that will happily take your money and then ghost you harder than a bad Tinder date, look no further! Fix it? Why do that when you can just keep sending those top-tier automated templates? 10/10 for consistency in doing absolutely nothing.

Fahr Sulz, worth it every single time
I'm not sure what Service I took. But it was marvellous, left a star to reach for the top. stay motivated and hidrated.
Dish with fish, was better last year (raw fish cut and served with two layers, of which one was diagonally oposite to the other).
New Fish Stick interpretation was funny but the "Farce" with fish pieces confused me (super subjective). Either one or another for me is easier.
First and last serve, where my highlights.
Mabye for the fish Stick -> more Panko, make Panko yourself?
I'm complaining on such a hight level.
The food was execptionally good, the wine too. The Service a Dream and the atmosphere really nice.
Recommended to all visitors and interested ppl. to go and experience a continoussly high level fine dining experience

Extremely complicated and tricky procedures! Delivery is extremely long, you forget that you have ordered something. The real problem starts if you want to send the product back, To print the ticket is almost not possible. Communication with the company the same very complicated. You have to wait for replay until you forget that you have contacted them.
When you manage to send the product back, no refunding comes. They disappear, do not react at all! Finally, hoping that you have lost the sending bill, they request it. Again nothing happens!!! 700 chf lost. I have to take the legal way. Hope to get my money back and dekete this App for ever!

Terrible service
They ran a sale on a large consumer site. Once I purchased the estimated delivery date was long but I accepted it. Once the date had passed I contacted them as there was no correspondence from their side. Only to have a delayed response and then be told they can’t tell me when the product will be dispatched or delivered. As if they don’t have stock of the item. They why post it on sale on an external site for people to buy.
I requested a refund as it’s not about the price. It’s about having the item I ordered delivered. Since the refund request I have not heard from them again.

I couldn't place order using my credit…
I couldn't place order using my credit voucher. Their system doesn't allow partial use of voucher, for large amount it's difficult to find an item with same price. Contacted deindeal via email haven't heard from them.

I had a very disappointing experience…
I had a very disappointing experience with Deindeal. I placed an order on November 24th, with a guaranteed delivery date no later than December 7th. When the delivery deadline passed and I still hadn’t received the item, I contacted customer support and requested to cancel the order because I would be traveling for over a month. They ignored my request and shipped the item anyway around December 20th.
They claimed the package was delivered, but it never arrived. When I returned on January 10th, there was no package. I contacted them again, and they said they would investigate with the transport company and promised a response within 14 days. Their last message was on January 19th, and since then I have received no updates. Their customer support replies very slowly, about once per month, and the issue remains unresolved.
I paid for a product that I never received, and the lack of communication and support has been extremely frustrating. This has been the worst online shopping experience I’ve ever had. I would strongly advise others to be cautious when ordering from Deindeal.
