These extensions are fantastic. The color matches perfectly, and their quality is outstanding. I'm absolutely enamored with them. I've been wearing fused fusions for some time, but they end up harming my hair, and I dislike the sensation of the beads. These extensions provide me with a lot more versatility and options. If you're feeling unsure, don't be! You'll adore them! They give off such a natural look!

100% the best customer service! The hair is soft full and natural looking. I love how the wefts lay flat and they’re not bulky. I have a blunt short hair and the pieces were thick enough to hide it. Very easy to install, took me only about 5 mins.
I had a minor issue but the customer service quickly fixed my problem.

Don't buy from this company, it's a scam!! I ordered back in October 2021 and I still haven't received my order. No replies, no refund, they've blocked me from their Instagram account and I can't find them anywhere. Avoid this company at all costs! Money wasted

Ordered in September 2021. It's January 2022. First part of my order came in late December BUT I am still waiting for the ponytail I ordered. Nobody answers my emails!! Don't order from them.

When I discovered the feature of the clip in halo extension, I knew this would be perfect for me. I’m in UK and I was anxious about trying to match my hair color and the process of what would happen if the color didn’t work, but thankfully the color match worked
perfectly for me. Extremely impressed! I additionally can assume how simple they’re to put in and style. Excellent quality hair extensions they mix perfectly with my own hair my only negative was I didn’t read about the shipping time fully I had to wait 17 days to get my order deliver it but it worths every penny!

Do not buy this product! The quality is terrible (you can obviously see that it's plastic) and when I wanted to send it back to China they said they haven't received my parcel and for that reason I didn't get a refund. At least I paid for a product I don't have plus shipping costs. This is very disappointing!

I ordered extensions on the 27th October. I was quoted 5-14days delivery time.

The extensions arrived 9th December - over 7 weeks late.

The extensions that I received were NOT what I ordered or advertised on the website. They arrived in a cheap plastic bag (that was ripped) from Hong Kong. There was parts missing and the colour was light ash blonde not the dirty blonde colour that I ordered from the website. The extensions were poor quality and something you would buy on Ali express or wish for 10 euro.

I have tried to contact Deese hair by both email addresses provided on their website and by the contact number provided on your website. It is not surprising both contact numbers are inactive. I have not received one response to the 10 emails that I have sent?. Also since I have tried contacting them they have deactivated their Instagram account and set it up under a different name.

This is a fraudulent company, it advertises false products copied from other bloggers accounts. You are misleading your customers - you should be ashamed of yourself, ripping people off.

I don't want to keep the extensions; I just want a refund which is quoted on your website 14 days return policy. I am happy to post back the extensions if you send me a prepaid postage label. But you are purposefully ignoring my requests???

This is my second pair of Déese extensions, and the quality continues to exceed my expectations. The hair is beautifully silky and the color is so beautiful. I couldn’t be happier! If it was not for the longs shipping I would have given 5 stars

I absolutely love my halo extensions! I emailed with a representative and sent pictures before buying. She was super helpful and when I received my order the shade was spot on! Soo happy with my purchase and the hair quality is so soft and beautiful

Would put 0 if I could, quality and colour match terrible, then when you try and get a refund on a completely wrong product the ignore you on everything. Don’t order from this company! They have also now blocked me on Facebook as I put a bad review so don’t trust what you read on their site.

When I received my extensions I was shocked! The color is just perfect and the hair quality blends well with my natural hair. The customer service was very kind with me, specifically Alice, they advised me the correct color match and helped me to track my order!

I have ordered from this brand, the Lucy halo extensions and the quality is great, and the halo extensions comes with 2 extra wefts included, which I haven’t expected I would have liked the delivery to be faster but the price/quality ratio is good.

When I got my extensions in the mail I was quite confused. They had a tag on them with a company name I didn’t recognize… I went on to google that name (Sarla hair) and found them on… Aliexpress.. for 8$!!!! Meanwhile I paid 30something.

They also use videos from influencers without their consent making it seem like they are advertising their product when in reality they’re using a different brand of hair extensions.

If only the quality was good but it is actually horrible. Hair gets “stuck” on any tipe of fabric and is very itchy.
