Ordered 18" dark brown remy clip-ins…

Ordered 18" dark brown remy clip-ins from canadahair.ca and holy crap they're amazing. Super soft, perfect color match (asked for swatches first and got them quick), arrived in Quebec in like 3 days with free shipping. Blends right in, holds up great after washing and heat styling, barely any shedding after 2 months. Way better than the overpriced junk elsewhere. Customer service is solid too. 100% worth it, already want another set! 5 stars easy

DO NOT BUY from here

DO NOT BUY from here. They sell synthetic hair and try to pawn it off as human hair. I made this mistake and didn’t get three weeks out of a set.
Please save your money and run!!!!!!!!!

Hair color was off

Hair color was off. Got 1b 18” and it was a level 4. Upon opening it the ends were really frizzy and now I’m unable to return them because they are already opened. Lots of shedding after brushing it after first wash. One benefit is that overall they are pretty soft, but that is generally the case with new hair.

Tape is garbage. Bad customer service

Purchased for my wedding. Tape was awful and they fell out immediately. I used a professional and she said she's never seen tape like that. I tried to contact customer service for help but they said I had to pay to send it back so they could test it to see whether or not there's a problem. I told them I wasnt paying to return a defective product and Id send it back with a shipping label and risk them saying it's not defective to at least try to work with them and now they're not answering me. Also their website says free returns and boasts how amazing their customer service is
