Great software and bootcamp, but DeepDOM delays and bugs are frustrating
Hi Deepcharts Team, I hope you read this review. I’ve been using the Deepcharts software for a month now, and overall, I really like it—the bootcamp included. The knowledge provided is incredibly useful.
However, there is one major issue that has been quite disappointing. Since the DeepDOM Beta was released, it keeps lagging and crashing, which is very frustrating to deal with. On top of that, the official DeepDOM version still hasn't been launched. We keep getting "coming soon" promises, but almost a month has passed and there is still no official release date.
A lot of users are very unhappy about this situation. I really hope the Deepcharts team fixes these issues quickly and gives us a clear timeline. Thank you.

I wish I could remember everyone’s name, but today I was lucky enough to work with Siavash.
With DeepCharts, we often hear about Fabio and Andrea, but to me, the backend support team is what makes me a lifelong customer. No matter the issue, I know customer support will be there when I need them.
I was dealing with a minor issue all week, and Siavash quickly diagnosed the problem and immediately took the time to make sure I was running the latest software version. Not only that, but he stayed with me to verify that the issue was fully resolved and did not persist.
I’ve found myself in situations like this many times, and it’s not always because DeepCharts has an issue. Sometimes it’s simply a question about one of the platform’s many features or how to get the most out of a tool. Every time, the DeepCharts team has been patient, knowledgeable, and willing to help.
We get a lot of products pushed in front of us these days, but DeepCharts is one of the few that comes with support that truly stands behind the product. That level of service is rare and deserves recognition.
