Ordered a lamp at a discounted price, but turns out the lamp was not new and has a lot of imperfections. The website didn’t include additional photos of the imperfections nor additional descriptions of the state of the lamps, so I wasn’t made aware of this when ordering and now I have to return the item at my own cost. I felt cheated, be cautious when ordering from this shop.

The item I ordered is lovely (hence two stars instead of one), but the ordering and despatching process were painful to say the least. On May 14th I sent an email enquiring for availability and price of the item, and whether they delivered to the UK. After receiving a reply that they would ask the warehouse, I heard nothing else from them. I then decided to order via website (May 19th), and after sending them two emails with no reply, on June 2nd (!!) they replied the item had been sent, and provided a tracking link. After some time (June 26th) I discovered, to my utter disappointment, that the item had been returned to the sender due to despatch forms been filled in incorrectly by the company. Once again, I had to reach out to them asking what the matter was, and they replied they'd sent another one, which they did. I then discovered (myself, no communication from the company) that the new delivery was still stuck with the courier, and after several back and forth, on July 3rd the company let me know the parcel would be returned to the sender (again!). At this point I was seriously frustrated, I asked to have the delivery cost at least reduced or refunded due to the inconvenience I was experiencing, but the company declined to offer me any reduction, not even as a good will gesture. Afterwards, the company said they would send via NL post. The delivery arrived to my home address on July 23rd (that is, more than two months after I placed the order). Goes without saying, luckily it was not intended as a gift. Quite gutted, I have to say.
Nice products and great price. Service is excellent. Communication is also good.

Terrible!
Don’t order there if you wish to have your item.
Couch was supposed to be delivered within 2 weeks and it’s still not here
I emailed 3 times and they told me “ it’s not in stock we have to order” then “ it’s an error in our system your order was not send”.
Also lies about me making a mistake while typing my email… I received confirmation of my order so my email was perfectly fine.
Now they ask me to wait for another 3 weeks and they don’t offer any compensation for this mistake of them!
It is definitely not the way you take care of your customers..
Great communication and quick shipping. Will shop here again.
The object we ordered are wonderful, but the service was terrible. It took over two months to receive and was almost a month longer to get than what was stated. I will not order again. Way too long to receive. Shame

However I got quick and friendly replies on my e-mails and received my refund shortly after sending the package back. All I could ask for in a unfortunate situation like this. Over all I'm satisfied over the service provided by Deens.nl
I have ordered 3 items in December, and I’m aware it was busy at that time. But stil onthief received and no reaction of Customer Services. To Bad!
