Have I been scammed? No refund and no product.
After searching for over a month for a decent TV cabinet, I decided to go for this company. On their website they mention that the delivery is done the day after when the order is made before 10pm. That's absolutely BS.
After 2 weeks with no updates and no product, I contact the company, which claims that I put the wrong address. I double-checked, and indeed, the street name was missing somehow.
So I update the address and ask to send it one more time, but the company doesn't answer to me anymore.
After one week, I decide to ask for a refund since the company is unresponsive. They answer 3 days later saying that the refund had been issued and would appear in my bank account in the following working days.
Today, after 20 days, still no trace of my money. We're talking about almost €400.
This company is a joke for what I've seen so far, the exact example of anything you should avoid when operating an online business.
AVOID AT ALL COST.
