After searching for over a month for a decent TV cabinet, I decided to go for this company. On their website they mention that the delivery is done the day after when the order is made before 10pm. That's absolutely BS.

After 2 weeks with no updates and no product, I contact the company, which claims that I put the wrong address. I double-checked, and indeed, the street name was missing somehow.

So I update the address and ask to send it one more time, but the company doesn't answer to me anymore.

After one week, I decide to ask for a refund since the company is unresponsive. They answer 3 days later saying that the refund had been issued and would appear in my bank account in the following working days.

Today, after 20 days, still no trace of my money. We're talking about almost €400.

This company is a joke for what I've seen so far, the exact example of anything you should avoid when operating an online business.

AVOID AT ALL COST.

They refuse to provide a return label within my right to return the table.
They don’t even reply at all.

I strongly advise against buying anything from this brand! The quality is poor, and the service is even worse. My order arrived with missing screws for the closet door, a missing shelf, and scratches all over. When I reached out to them about these issues, there was no apology or offer of a discount. Instead, they claimed the scratches were “part of the design.” I’m not sure what kind of design theme considers visible damage acceptable.

After waiting two weeks for the missing parts, I only received the screws—not the shelf. Now I have to wait even longer to receive everything I originally paid for. If you want to waste your money, go ahead and buy from them; otherwise, look elsewhere.

Article never received. I contacted the client services many times and they kept postponing the delivering date until the tracking disappeared. 2 messagss after they finally onformed me that my order had disappear.

Ordered from them through H&M Germany as an external seller.
Ordered in December with a shipping- and delivery estimate of 4 days ….and now it is February. Never received my order and shipping details contained faulty tracking numbers. Requested a refund through H&M that got approved, now more than a month in I still have not gotten any refund. Although the company claims that a refund was given weeks ago, both my Paypal account record and the record of the bank account I use with paypal prove differently. H&M customer service has been trying to get any closure and documentation from WOOOD about their claims for about a month(!!), to no avail as far as I‘m concerned.

In my personal opinion, the experience feels really fishy to me at this point, after neither receiving my product, a working tracking number nor a refund.

Only way to get my money back at this point will most likely be through legal action.

Bruno Table is a worse than 1970s MFI, no matter how you put it together the legs aren’t level. Just going to bin it!!!!
