My partner and I recently bought a house and needed a deed of trust as we are making unequal contributions towards the deposit.
After much searching online, the large majority of law firms were charging £300+ for a deed of trust. That is quite a lot, especially when you're purchasing a new house and have other expenses.

The solicitor that completed by deed was named Bully and he was absolutely brilliant from start to finish! He communicated quickly through email and when I was a bit confused with the wording in the deed, he called me and explained everything thoroughly. I very much appreciated the call.
