giftcard not received, terrible customer service.
I contacted customer service after attempting to receive a Decathlon giftcard while actually waiting in the store. I gave up after 30mins and paid cash. I contacted customer service several times since then and still, now 1 month later I have not received the email with the giftcard. Only a response telling me to check my junk email, which of course was the first thing I had already done. It is not there. I dont think they have any intention of sending me the giftcard or they have so many complaints they cannot answer them all.
