Easy to purchase a gift card in few mins.

Do you think it’s acceptable to put Amazon.nl among the list of shops on the envelope of these cards, to then discover that you can’t use it on Amazon.nl? Then I am going to explain it to you: NO, it is not acceptable. And I tell you more: I think this is a classical example of fraud, and I am going to do everything to make sure fraudsters like you pay for their crime.

Did what it had to do, st least for converting it to a decathlon gift card.

That is an hour of my life I will never get back. The webpage is awful, you can't use it at amazon.nl and the remaining selection are random dutch shops no-one ever shops at unless they got that gift card. I had to use it at zalando, I rarely even shop there so it's gonna be stuff for a while.

Reliable and fast service

On the VVV cadeaukaart, Amazon.nl is seen as one of the shops that accepts the card. But when you actually buy the card, you realize that you cannot use it for Amazon.nl. If you want to return the card, they deduct 10 eu administration fee. So we have to pay because they lie to us.

I bought a gift card to convert the credit on AMAZON.NL (as i did in the past), come out that now they won't have amazon as their "partner" (it's understandable that a reputable company won't deal with others..)
So after few emails, we agree on the refund, and now they charge 10 euro for administration FEES.
Not good enough.

I have experienced way too many issues when trying to buy an online vvv-card. I tried via the website, via the app, both with and without using in my account. I did not expect such difficulties. Jammer!

I have exchanged the VVV gift card with an Amazon gift code. However, I got an error message on Amazon during entering the code. That was 'This code has already been used by another account.' They had just sent this a couple of seconds ago. It couldn't be possible. I got in touch with Amazon and VVV as well. In the end, VVV just said sorry your money is simply lost. Really? Giving this answer easy like that? What's my fault? Exchanging codes for Amazon or getting a VVV Gift Card?

I have tried to contact VVV three times with no answer.
I tried to make an exchange of their cards for another web shop, but the website crashed after the purchase and I never received the exchange. However, the amount was debited from my VVV card anyway!
For weeks I have been trying to contact VVV about this issue with zero success. None of my emails have been replied and their phone number is no better.
It is quite frustrating.

Never buy this card, almost doesn't work for example by Coolblue and other shops because you can do max 50 euro but i have a card for 150 (so i reveice an error everytime so i cannot do anything with the card), never buy this stupid giftcard!!

Answer; what a freaking stupid answer, then don't sell cards of 150 euro scammers.

I was gifted a VVV cadeaukaart for my birthday but there was not activation code sent. I have now called customer service 4 times and still not activation code. After speaking to customer service just now they told me that there is nothing they can do and I just have to wait and that if I want to I can call again tomorrow. Their department who sends the activation codes are in a different location and they cannot tell me if they can communicate with them because sometimes the phones are open and sometimes not. They also don't know when the phones will be open during the day. I have been waiting for 1 week for this activation code now and all the customer service can do for me is to tell me to wait some more or call again to check tomorrow "if I want to". Completely useless and unhelpful.

Do not buy, very bad card. While transaction, something went wrong and when I tried again the money was used up!!!!

like others have reported here, stay away from VVV vouchers. I had several, each worth 10 Euro, that due to Covid and living abroad I had no use for. After about 3.5 years I wanted to use them, only to discover that the value of each voucher had dropped to 4 Eur - 60% of the money for each voucher was deducted 'to maintain the validity of the vouchers' after 3 years. As others have said, 1 star is too much. Never again

on't buy. Easy way to make money. We received a VVV dinercheque just before COVID-19, without issue and expiry date. Due to pandemics and prevention measures we couldn't use the voucher, which turns out to have expired recently. VVV dinercheque advised that regardless of COVID-19 prevention measures, dinercheques have limited validity.

Something went wrong when I entered the code and when I tried again, the card was used up. Wasted money.
