They sent me a email marked as URGENT, it was just a A.I slop marketing email, not urgent at all.
I get a lot of emails from this company, averting 1, 2 or more every day. I don’t mind that, I signed up to their mailing list at some point.
What I object to is seeing [URGENT] among my notifications, clicking on the email and finding out that it is just Marketing Slop.
I suggest that this company refrains from marking emails as URGENT.
They have lost me with this low effort/intrusive Marketing tactic.

lt was a wonderful event. It was three hours each day for three days and I watched every minute…which surprised me. I thought I’d get a general idea of the event and then leave…after all, it was free, how valuable could it be? My time, on the other hand is very valuable. But this event was great. They provided real information about AI with real AI experts. It was well organized and interesting. And even better, they gave context for AI…they motivated…and they did it all with a positive spin (which I appreciated as a participant…and respected as a tv producer). Dean and Tony and Igor…thank you.

Be very very careful when signing up!!!
Like many others I’ve messaged multiple times to support at MM to stop payments coming out of my account but all I’ve received is automated AI responses and no further genuine customer service or interaction with an actual human which is unacceptable from a company that prides itself on helping people.
I’m very disappointed as I messaged over a year ago and told them I wanted a refund which they issued and then found they’d started charging me again! I would appreciate a proper answer to this review rather that the copy and paste answers I see to other people’s reviews.
There is no clear process for managing or cancelling subscriptions which is something that needs to be addressed considering the amount of people leaving reviews with the same issue. Please do better!

I signed up for what I believed was a **one-time $1 webinar offer**. I did not knowingly agree to any recurring subscription.
I recently discovered that I had been charged **$47 per month for 11 months**, totaling **$518**, for a service I:
* Did not knowingly enroll in
* Did not use even once
* Was not aware I had
I never accessed the platform, never logged in, and did not engage with any of the services provided. I only became aware of these charges after reviewing my bank statement.
When I contacted customer support, they stated that this was part of a “VIP Success System” that included a trial which converted into a monthly subscription. However, this was not made clear to me during the signup process. From my perspective, I was paying $1 for a one-time webinar, not enrolling in an ongoing $47/month membership.
They referenced terms and reminder emails, but I did not see or open any such emails. A recurring charge of this nature should be presented clearly and prominently—not in a way that can be easily overlooked.
After contacting them, they issued only a **partial refund of $47** and refused to return the remaining **$470**, despite the fact that the service was never used.
This experience reflects a lack of transparency in billing and subscription disclosure. I strongly recommend that others proceed with caution when considering any low-cost introductory offers, as they may automatically convert into ongoing charges.
I am currently escalating this matter further.

I’ve been a customer of Dean and Tony’s programs for a while, and my experience has always been positive, but their support team recently blew me away. After a minor billing error, they not only refunded my $47 immediately but also gave me two full months for free as a courtesy.
It is very rare to find a company with this level of integrity and care for its members. They definitely deliver more than they promise!

I think mastermind is doing something great but I feel for somebody who doesn't have much experience in this area they should have a beginner's course where it's 1 in 1 teaching people all the fundamental And have them take it slow by slow not everybody is tech-savvy as everybody else's or like the new kids now they're very knowledgeable about this stuff but for us older people over 50 it is very mind-boggling

SCANDALOUS billing practices – they charged me approx ~$528 CAD over 8 months after I thought I signed up for a $1 trial in May 2025. I enrolled for what I believed was a one-time access to motivational content with Tony Robbins and Dean Graziosi, hoping to pull myself out of grief. I never used the platform – no logins or content accessed.
The $1 trial auto-renewed to approximately ~$66 CAD/month ($47 USD plus conversion) without monthly statements or reminders, which I only discovered in January 2026 on my credit card. I emailed support immediately to request a full refund, explaining my situation. They refunded the month that had just been charged for the following month($47 USD), ignoring the rest despite my zero usage and hardship.
I think it’s a disgrace that names like Tony Robbins and Dean Graziosi are associated with these misleading subscriptions. I’ve escalated multiple times but no full resolution. Advise caution with auto-renewals – be aware!
