A perfect experience. Friendly and professional staff arranged the appointment over the phone, contacting me to offer an earlier slot than originally agreed. Richard arrived on time, was very personable and efficient. New aerial and coaxial cable fitted with no fuss. Can 100% recommend DD.

Impressed with service and speed of response.
I wanted to change my LNB on my Freesat dish to enable wide band for my new receiver. I had already purchased one but found I could not use the ladder. I called Digital Direct and the engineer arrived the same day. He changed the LNB and adjusted the dish. He checked the signal at the dish, changed the terminal plugs and checked signal at the receiver and set it up. He even lopped of a branch of ivy which may have blown across the dish. Price was very reasonable and overall I was most impressed
