I made a full complaint, was promised better services and yet nothing changed.

After more than a year, after all the "we've learned the lesson", it's still freaking impossible to get an update from solicitors. It's even worse, they keep ignoring the client. It's so frustrating.

DC Law did not handle the situation with the level of care, professionalism, or judgment I would expect when a seller is relying on legal advice and dealing with exchange/completion deadlines.

Selling a property is stressful enough without feeling that the conveyancer is adding pressure rather than helping manage it. Based on my experience, I would not use this firm again.

Nasreen was excellent in her approach to my requirements and was very easy to get in touch with and also to speak with. She explained anything I was concerned about. Would thoroughly recommend

The company was very helpful when you contacted them, however nearly all communication was via email. I didn't feel that there was much information provided from them unless I asked. For the fees charged, I think they could update the client more frequently. I never even received a phone call upon completion, I just received an email. It's been 30 years since I last dealt with a house move and must admit I don't like the new way of doing things.

Things have changed somewhat since I last bought a property some 17 odd years ago. The new process can be a little daunting, esp' around the matter of money laundring and fraud, but Sonia helped me navigate all the steps I needed to go through.

I dealt with Megan Koxha throughout the sale of my late mum’s house. Right from the first communication I felt trust in Megan her knowledge, kindness was there throughout and nothing seemed to be a problem even when dealing with buyers solicitors her professionalism shone through I feel Megan is a great asset to the company thank you from the heart.

DC Law made the process of selling a house very easy, in addition as the house was part of a probate sale, there were mutiple solicitors and estate agents involved but DC Law kept me informed at all stages, liaising with all the other parties. In particular, the sales conveyancer Lisa Rimmer was extremely helpful and made the sale an easy process.

The portal was an excellent system and Nasir was flexible about making adaptations in our particular circumstances. He was always prompt in communication and that included a number of telephone calls rather than relying on emails. Talking to the person actually responsible makes a huge difference.

This is the second time we have used DC LAW and we have been very happy with the service both times. Lisa Rimmer handled our case and she was very friendly, helpful and professional throughout. The case was very difficult and lengthy for us due to factors outside of Lisa or DC Laws control, but Lisa continued to work quickly and efficiently to ensure that her part of the process was handled with as little stress as possible for us!
