Second star is for the good attitude and money return.
We ordered for the white lak for our only 2 years old sildebensparkett, and we even delayed our move in just to give the floor extra time to dry. We trusted the worker so much so we waited 2 days to check the end result, but he completely screwed up the colouring, the whole floor comes with white cloudy-like pattern, even though they are very nice on the phone and fast to redo it again, but only made it worse! Then they told us is because of our floor is with damage/uneven that’s why we can’t have white lak on, and they said we should just have no colour lak.... this is like you don’t know how to put on make up so you put blame on the face..
So we went for another company instead and they told us that the reason causes the white cloudy colour is because the floor wasn’t sanded down, and this second company delivered a very nice job in 2 days, which means it is possible to fix our floor with white lak and the floor has NOTHING wrong.
However, D.B.F administration people has been having very good attitude and they return full amount in no time, so they deserve the second star.
But after all, you are a company suppose to sell good result on flooring, good attitude won’t take you long if your work is not up to standard.
D.B.F did a great job sanding and polishing our old floors. They also painted our entire house, and it turned out great. They finished all the work earlier than expected, which was very much appreciated.
Would definitely recommend them.
I could not work with them due to the time line I had, but the costumer service was very good. They were super responsive for the quotation and to clarify any doubt. I can see why they have so good reviews.
