Super happy with their service! I received a lot of support and expertise during the decision of which treatment to choose. All in all a very smooth and easy process of getting my wooden floor sanded and oiled.

I have hired Vikinggulvservice as they said that they have a certificate to work in wet rooms in vinyl. I had a bathroom floor that had to be replaced (old with new vinyl). It turned out that the worker didn't know what he was doing, he used silicone to weld the joints which were illegal, and he put the new vinyl on the top of the old! After 3 months I flooded the neighbors. I have been calling Bjorn for months to come and fix this problem and he was postponing the work all the time. I had to tell him that I will report him if they don't send someone asap. He sent a few of his workers 4 months after my first call... The workers he sent to remove the vinyl and dry everything were using my kitchen knives to cut silicone and my cooking pots without even asking me!? That was so unacceptable! After 5-6 months without a bathroom, he sent a professional person who was outsourced and did the job. In the end after constant calls from my side, as he never called me, I got blamed that because of my bathroom they lost so much money like it is my fault?! I don't know how this company does other type of floors and service, but that was the worst experience I've ever had with contractors and I have a construction and engineering background, so I dealt with many.

I used Vikinggulvservice in June 2019, Got a quote from 3 different companies, Viking came in with the best price and was super efficient in responding to my requests. They came at the agreed time and were done with the job in less than 4 hours and it was a job exceptionally well done. Would definitely recommend this company.

I engaged them for sanding in my home. The work was quite tough as their was a cement levelling on the original floor hidden beneath the carpets when we bought the house. The results their team delivered was excellent and clearly exceeded my expectation. 2 of the pictures ( before/after) on their website are from my home. A lot of other companies who came to visit had said that this is not possible and suggested me to lay a new floor. I am very happy to have selected them for this work and strongly recommend them.

Really bad company, we agreed on a price, and when they showed up they suddenly changed the price. Also they were not very friendly.

I engaged Bjarne and his team to sandpaper and vanish my floors and I can say without reservations that the results were above my expectations. I'm really happy with the work they accomplished and the time frame was really short. In just two days, my floors were transformed.
