Food was great. Came packaged well and was still frozen. We even got a little container to defrost the package in. Especially like how our kitty loves the food. She eats it all and there is no messy plates to left out. She's happy and we're happy. Thank you!

The product seems to be excellent (I do not personally eat it…) and our dogs are healthy and happy. The four stars is a simple niggling problem: the perforations for separating the packages used to be the same in both directions. Now the hormonal one works great, but the vertical division is a smaller perforation and often is reluctant to tear or tears into the package causing leakage. Why the change?

I've been a Darwin's customer for more than 6 years and my cats love it. In addition to the quality ingredients, the packaging is perfect. The packets are just the right size and not so large that they are thawed for too many days. I only add a superior probiotic from Green Juju.
