Horrendous experience from day 1. Poor communications, late delivery, no response to emails, no response to phone calls. Please avoid this business and seller at all costs

Took my money and ran. Deposit taken in July on a preorder item and heard nothing. Terrible communications, and the collector’s community is up in arms about this charlatan who appears to have done the same thing to hundreds of customers.

Total scam of a website with ZERO communications on any emails/social media.
Multiple orders take deposits and I watched my 'Ectotron Ecto-1' stock come in, and sell out without my Pre-Order even being updated.
Raising a complaint with PayPal (with further request from others complaints and lack of professionalism) to remove there business status.
Now I have to also pay a premium to acquire a sold out item!

Ordered a few bits on Force Friday, none of the items arrived and they never responded to any emails.
I used the resolution centre in PayPal and they never replied to that either. Luckily I was just refunded the money by PayPal, though it would have been much more difficult if I'd paid direct to the seller.

Don't use this website.

Just avoid this company for however much longer it's open. I have nearly £100 worth of orders outstanding and no communication for over a month. Ordered this stuff over six months ago. Owner is going on Facebook and deleting negative comments, so he's still about. The website is still up and people can still order, they should shop elsewhere.

What a terrible anti-climax to this company that seemed to have prospects. So many I know (including myself) have been badly let down. Will never use again and don't recommend. Awful.

Faulty goods sent and refusing to accept delivery of returns for a refund. Avoid at all costs

Purchased goods a few months back and have still not received them. The customer service couldn't be any worse, they don't reply to emails or calls. Im currently going through the small claims service to get my money back. DO NOT BUY A THING FROM THESE PIRATES!!!

It looks like DST have stopped trading. No responses by email or social media. Companies house states the Accounts were due 6th November but they are overdue. looks like I'm not getting my figure or Black Series Helmet.

Pre-ordered a figure in June 2019, it's now almost December and still no date or feedback of a delivery date.

I've requested a refund via email and facebook instant messenger and have been completely ignored.

How people are allowed to do this is beyond me this day & age..... I'll be reporting to trading standards if my deposit is not returned PDQ.

I pre ordered TMNT cartoon pack in September. They sent a personal email in September that the product would be shipped later that month. Still waiting (NOV). They DO NOT respond to further emails. Looked at my order on their App and it’s GONE!! They just want your money. Avoid !!

Scammers! My partner and I have lost over £200 to this company. They still refuse to answer our emails and have blocked us both from their Facebook page. Plenty of other people having the same problem unfortunately - the owner of this business is a liar and a thief.

buyers be aware of them i pre-ordered a bunch of black series figures back i july and have not received them yet
have now been blocked on FB and they haven't answered any mails or messages

WORST EXPERIENCE IN 20 YEARS BUYING ONLINE. Reserved a Jabba sail barge and never received it. Always gave lame excuses about it. Months later, I got my 700 pounds back only after several official complaint letters, following all legal steps required by British laws prior to taking the subject to court. I’m afraid that’s the only reason I managed to get a refund. PLEASE listen to the advices from his victims and NEVER deal with Mr Rawstron! BTW sure that many of the positive reviews about Dark Side Toys are fake.

Don't bother. Preorder garbage, three months after expected delivery date and trying to get a response is next to impossible. Held off ordering elsewhere due to having preordered from darkish. now three months later and still no item and its sold out everywhere else. total garbage seller.

This man is a liar and thief. Search his name and toy business on Facebook. There are plenty of threads about this guy stealing all of your money, buying what you ordered, and re-selling what you purchased, live at conventions. He should turned in to the authorities for fraud. He is a real P.O.S. that owes THOUSANDS AND THOUSANDS out to people he has already Fuc%#$ over.

I saw him selling Stuff I had ordered at conventions !!! do you know the price for a stand just for one day of convention ???
This guy is A THIEF !!! He Runs with the money !I only got one answer from him and it was to lie to me so BEWARE he is ALSO A LIAR !!!

as others have stated BUYER BEWARE! DO NOT BUY FROM DARKSIDE TOYS!! placed 3 orders with them between March and April of this year, now its mid November!! ,I haven't recieved any of my items,they showed that they had the items I ordered on their Facebook page while at a comic con! yes, a comic con!! i have sent many a message to them with no correspondence what so ever! fraudsters absolute fraudsters! 😠😠😠😠😠😠😠😠😠😠

Item not received. Not answered several emails and messages. Total silence from the company. I have begun a resolution with pay pal for a full refund. Avoid!!!

Update: Managed to get a refund via Paypal.
Paypal could not get an answer from them either

We ordered items in April 2019, never received them, but money has been transferred, so in my understanding this is a freud, our money has been stolen.Do not order anything from here, your money will be stolen too and you will never get the ordered stuff.
