Hi I just wanted to tell everybody about my experience with pre-ordering through Dork Side Toys It was exceptional experience I manage to jumbled up my pre-orders and I didn’t make it easy on them trying to get it fixed. Regardless they were very professional and their response time was top notch! Everything was sorted out easily and to my liking. I’m very pleased with my experience and it shows I made a right decision converting from big bad Toy store in the first place. Thank you guys you’re awesome!!!

Zero customer service, zero response to emails , tweets , etc. I ended up DM'ing the owner via facebook. Nothing. Avoid

Dark Side Toys and the owner seemed like a legitimate business when I first encountered them.

I ran my own business too which was struggling and closing down. I struck a deal with Dark Side Toys where they would buy my excess stock off me so I could get funds to issue refunds and clear my own debts.

Dark Side Toys came to my warehouse, took the stock and 2 years later I am still trying to get payment for the goods.

I am now having to pay out legal fees to take them to court for a debt of nearly £5000.

The owner has now attempted to shut down his business and restart under the name Fallen Order Group Limited.

He took advantage of my bad situation and left me in a bigger hole than before. As a result, I lost my business and ended up with a bad reputation because of it.

When visiting the website I picked the UK one. I bought a statue for £1000, it ended up being delivered from Greece, I was not made aware it would be coming from there at all. The item turned out to to be faulty. After a long PayPal dispute it was finally ruled in my favour. The seller provided the wrong shipping details, presumably to deter me from returning the item because the item has to have been confirmed that it has been delivered before PayPal can issue the refund. After doing some research I found the real address and returned the item. It was signed for and I personally emailed them to ask if they had received it, they straight up lied and said they had not.

PayPal will only refund £15 of the return shipping costs, and my bank won't do anything because I've paid through PayPal. That leaves me with trying to get the refund from them personally. They used to reply to my queries within a day before the £1000 was refunded by PayPal, and now they ignore my emails all together.

Their terms of service states that they will pay for all return shipping costs if the item is faulty, which mine was.

The return shipping cost was around £130. The fake address would have made the shipping cost £300 instead.

Do not buy from them, it was a huge pain trying to get my money back and I still lost out on £130 because they won't comply with their own terms of service.

Just Preordered a Zack Fair Play Arts Kai from them and they wanted a Preorder downpayment. I paid thinking okay, this site seems legit. NO. They took my money and IMMEDIATELY BLOCKED my login information so I cannot access my order to cancel it. They took my information, my money, and immediately blocked me. This is a FULL-BLOWN SCAM WEBSITE. DO NOT BUY FROM THEM. I am going to get my money back for this and I am going to let everybody know.

I think they were running marathons before they learned how to walk. I gave them £200+ Last year for a TMNT NECA set. At the tine they were selling the items at conventions and talking pre orders without fulfilling existing orders. They won’t reply to emails and my order has Suddenly been taken off my order history. No happy, AVOID!

Used to be a fantastic site, the only UK site which arranged to get hold of the Hasbro Jabba Sail Barge. Looks to have tanked late last year: now impossible to contact. Looking for current contact details for former proprietor David Rawstron.

Terrible I placed a deposit for the Boba Fett Black series helmet. It was only 10% but not the point. So glad I didn't pay full amount. Paypal cant refund as over the 180 days. placed order with a different company now. I feel for anyone who has lost a lot of money though this terrible company.

I spent 289 UK in preorder from France, I went over the 180 days of refund by Paypal, next time I will use Amex or visa premier they have a 14 month warranty on payment on the net

Items never received after months of waiting, David said he refunded me, but I didn't check. I Will now. Just checked Companies house and they are late submitting the end of year tax returns, no surprise there. I would suggest avoiding this joker at all costs, as this 26 year old clearly dosent know how to run a business or provide customers service. I hope that his supplies read these reviews and refuse to sell him anymore goods.

Started off good but as everyone said no contact and no goods from a few months back. Im looking into maybe starting a group on facebook where we can all get our heads together and come up with a plan. Im thinking watchdog or press or small claims court.

I am out over £100 on pre-orders, they wont answer messages, the phone line gos to a message service of some kind and the web site just says be back soon .
I far as I can see they were still taking orders until a few weeks ago .
Well I am going through PayPal to see what can be done
Wouldn't mind you getting into trouble if you just message people or put a notice up on Facebook telling us what's happening .
