Incredible company! I've been buying from them for years, and they're always so kind and quick. All items look as purchased, and their customer service is incredible if something goes wrong. The prices are decent for the product you get, and all in all I can't recommend them enough!

I managed check-out and pay for my order without inputting the coupon code to get the "Love Blooms" dice as a free-bonus to my order. Within minutes (literally two) Shane had replied and let me know that the coupon code would be retroactively applied to my order and the cost of the dice refunded to my card.

My entire customer service matter was resolved in less than 5-minutes and I couldn't be happier, will definitely be back for more dice! :)

I recently ordered a Christmas Mystery set during the Black Friday Sale. I must have incorrectly utilized the coupon code for the free offered set of blended dice. I emailed customer support and received a reply quickly. Shane included my choice of set in my order! Excellent customer service!

Dark Elf Dice has amazing customer service. Plus, their website is SUPER user friendly, and their wish list feature is really nice. Their descriptions of products are informative and fun, and I was happy to order from them. When I received my package, I was missing 1/5 sets I ordered, and so I sent their sales team an email. They got back to me in just under 45 minutes with an email saying they've already got my missing set packed and ready to go. Excellent customer service, and excellent products (I absolutely love the sets that I got today) :)
