Really well made mystery games with lots of thoughtfulness and helpful documents + really nice customer service! Will definitely be returning for future celebrations and events.

I have haved hosted 2 murder mysteries from this company, and both were absolutley stupendous. The story is fantastic, and while some characters could be more included everyone had an amazing time. I had a question about how to access one of the files, and the support staff was amazingly helpful and supportive, and even offered me a discount. This is a no brainer, if you want to buy a murder mystery, do it from here! I sincerely hope they keep making more, as I feel at this rate I will run out fast. If I had any suggestions i would say making the evidence and clues more realistic; like perhaps a print out thing you can fold, or instructions to make it yourself instead of a jpeg of the evidence over a backround. All in all amazing story, fantastic characters, must buy.

If you're a fan of the classic 80s slasher genre and enjoy immersive, interactive experiences, this game is an absolute must-play. The game provided everything needed for a seamless experience, from costume suggestions and engaging audio clips to cleverly distributed clues that enhanced the interactive aspect. Each of the 20 characters had a rich backstory, unique motivations, and intriguing secrets, adding layers of complexity and realism to the interactions. If you're seeking an immersive experience to host with friends, look no further this game kit has everything you need. Five stars all the way!

This mystery was unique in its theme and really hit a cord with my horror fan friends! It was so easy to plan a themed party around and we slotted it on Friday the 13th in October- if you can rent a cabin in the woods that’s what we did it was stellar! My only negative points would be the printing of everything vs like a boxed murder mystery (you also get awesome printable for making shirts), the support website is a little under supported the costumes from Amazon they recommend are not even available anymore, and saying 20 people can play is a little misleading-8 people are playing really unless you get creative the others can follow along and be in character which isn’t bad but they can feel left out unless you make efforts to fit them in some of the side characters get mentioned in the narrative but most aren’t so my take is don’t go the full 20 we had 15 and it felt a little unfair for some of the folks- but that is just my group! It might be good for someone who wants to attend but only sleuth the solution but participate less.

A "CUT" ABOVE THE REST! (pun intended)

I've tried a few different murder mystery games and these are, by far, the best. The New Orleans mystery was my first--which I loved--and I've played nearly all of the others since. They don't have as wide of a selection as other companies but the games themselves are really well crafted with great effects and fun stories so it feels like they value quality over quantity. Great for game night or as an out-of-the-box gift for someone who's as obsessed with these as I am. Can't wait for the next one!

These games are AWESOME. The ‘80s slasher-themed one was my favorite. I couldn’t guess which way the mystery was going but was totally satisfied by the end.

The structure of the storytelling is solid and gives you room to be as creative as you want to be, and there’s an attention to detail that I haven’t seen anywhere else.

If you're hosting, the games come with clear and simple instructions for easy setup of your game. If you're just playing, buckle up for plenty of laughs, twists and turns, and murder, of course! I've played a variety of murder mystery games, and The Mystery Co. has some of the best available! Will you figure out whodunit?

We played Murder in the French Quarter and had such a ball! The game kit includes character profiles that go out to your guests so that they can dress up and embody that character at the party. The roles were fun, unique, and well thought-out, and our guests had a great time playing along. The game worked well with themed drinks and dinner, too, which made for a entertaining and memorable night.

What a fun game to play with friends and family! I’ve never met a theme party I don't love…and these games certainly allow for creativity with food, costumes, decor, etc. It was great to watch the game intensify and see how everyone sunk further into character as the game went on. Can’t wait for the next one!

These games are so much fun!!! The stories are interesting and well-researched, and the characters are such a blast to delve into!!! I always love a game night, and with these it’s so easy to make a night out of it - especially when we dress up and decorate to get into the theme!!! Highly recommend The Mystery Co.’s games!!

I had so much fun playing this game with my family. We are getting ready to do another game night with friends.

We all had so much fun playing together in our cabin. We were still talking about what happened over breakfast in the morning! We all are avid D&D/TTRPG players, but none of us have played a murder mystery before. It was really easy to catch onto, and the inclusion of voiceover was a fun touch. Before starting, we took fake mugshot polaroids together, and we used the Camp Caribou shirt designs as 2in buttons that everyone wrote their characters names on. It was a cute souvenir at the end! Overall, it was so much fun.
