I still didn't get my order more than 10 days

Delivery time should be 3-5 days. No one informed in advance that due to holydays there will be delay of almost two weeks. No one informed me about this delay after I made the order until I sent an email to check it. If I knew it before placing the order, I wouldn't placed it.

I had just finished placing my order and went to the kitchen to make myself a cup of coffee when suddenly someone knocked on the door.
Guess who it was?
The parcel from Dandoy Sports.
I put my coffee plans on hold and went straight to the table to practice with my new table tennis racket instead.

I was required to pay UPS for the tariff that was imposed. I would have been better off buying this product from a US source at full price. Dandoy is certainly not at fault for the tariff, but I feel that Dandoy should reveal the tariff in the ordering process so that it is not a surprise and buyers can make an appropriate judgment as to whether to make the purchase.

The packaging and gluing and cutting of the rubber to the blade was great. The packaging was not damaged at all although it was a long journey with multiple international stops. The only bad experience I had was with the express delivery which took exactly 8 days for the order to reach my door unlike what was marketed for as 2-3 days during the checkout. Otherwise it was a great experience and will for sure keep buying from your site and encourage my friends to do the same.

Quick shipping. Good product selection. However I was shocked by $29 duties on $44 of product purchased. This will stop me from buying from this store again until the tariffs are dropped. The tariffs were $2.45, the rest was the UPS fees charged for collecting the tariffs.
