A brilliant family damp proofing business. After discovering that we found damp in our house, we called this company through recommendation, and they knew that we were in a rush to get it done because we were trying to sell our house. And they juggled things around to help us out so they could come early. They were very efficient and explained everything that they were going to be doing. They turned up on time and they never stop working from when they arrived, very hard works lads. They very friend and polite and explained everything that they were doing so we understood what the process was of completing the damp course. The house wasn’t left in a mess and the plastering was left at a very good finish. I would definitely recommend to anybody who has damp to use this company. We appointed Damp Proof Solutions for a recent & unexpected damp problem in our kitchen as we had used them before and found them to be very dependable. They were very busy but were able to come to our aid once again. The team were polite & hardworking & completed the work within the time specified.

All work carried out to the highest standards and at competitive rates by a extremely professional and knowledgeable team who went ‘over and above’ to ensure they did the best possible job which exceeded all expectations. The whole team worked with us throughout to ensure that our requirements were met and that there was minimal disruption and mess. We were worried about damp developing in our property over recent months.
The assessment was thorough, and several specific causes were identified and clearly explained. The men who came to do the work were on time, and the work was neat and clean.
Our questions were answered and we were also given advice on how to avoid problems in the future.

From the initial visit to the work being carried out the company were fantastic. The team were hardworking, professional, considerate and helpful throughout. The work was completed within the time frame and all rubbish removed on completion. I cannot recommend them enough to others. Excellent all round.

The team arrived on time and were very polite, hard working and respectful of my property. They were clearly knowledgeable in the work being undertaken and took the time to explain what was happening and why. I thoroughly recommend them.

Initially I was surprised that I had to pay £150 up front before I could book a visit from their damp surveyor. However, this seems to have been money well spent. Adam spent twice as long at the house as the surveyors from the other two companies that quoted. As a result I feel that Adam correctly identified the issues and came up with a solution that I was happy to accept. Everything was very efficient and hopefully our problems have been resolved.

Damp Proofing Solutions recently fixed our bay window which had a number of damp issues. They fitted us in quickly and did a fantastic job. All mess was cleared away. Would recommend.

The whole team were excellent, from survey to completion, office to on the job. Outstanding knowledge of the issues we had made us feel like we were in safe hands the whole time. Extremely accommodating with dates etc. Always answered my many questions and gave great advice. Very impressed with the works carried out all to a high standard, clean and tidy etc. All of our (very big) damp problems are now rectified and it was actually a joy to have the team around, which can sometimes not be the case. Highly recommend.

Damp proofing Solutions (In Dudley) name was obtained from a list of recommended traders from Age UK Wolverhampton.

I first spoke with the office manager over the phone who explained how long the initial review may take and initial charge which was part of the final payment.

Stuart came to the house at the agreed time and reviewed the situation and explained things clearly, including what I needed to do to prepare the area for the work so they could get things started.

Tom and Luke started the work at the agreed time and date and cleaned up the mess after themselves of which there was a lot. They were able to answer questions that came up as the work progressed and gave advice.

The work has a 10 year guarantee (Certificate of treatment for the property) and I was given clear instructions for the aftercare.

I feel confident about recommending Damp Proofing Solutions not only for the work which is ultimately important but for the clear communication and confirmation throughout the process.

Having not managed to source anyone locally to carry out quite a substantial job Damp Proof Solutions popped up on my face book page and some of the posts about the handsome work force were hilarious and caught my eye.

Amongst those were also some very useful complementary feedback posts about the quality of the work and the outstanding service provided by said workforce.

Stuart the surveyor came over and although paying to have a survey done seemed a bit ouch - it comes off the bill should you employ them to complete the work. Stuart was knowledgeable and very "chatty" and told me what i should and should not have done which i found refreshing from such a seasoned sales man.

I bit the bullet and booked their services and then it was only a months wait to get the work done - they are really busy but don't hang around once they are on the job.

I had cleared the area but living alone there were a couple of heavy items i could not manhandle alone but they soon sorted that with no moaning head scratching or mention of "not my job" very can do attitude when it comes to keeping customers happy.

They kept my up to date on the progress, what they were doing and why so i understood the whole process. Nothing was too much trouble and they were so polite, hard working, funny and very friendly and apart from smooth shiny new walls giving the game away left the place nearly as they found it cleaning as they go. Feed them hot drinks and they go forever.
