Lads were very professional and worked while we were away . Having keys to let themselves in . Very trustworthy and would recommend them to anyone needing damp proofing . We are having them back to do other damp problems in the bathroom.

Everyone turned up at the times they said they would. The workmen were all very pleasant and helpful. All mess was cleared up before they left. Work was completed in a neat and tidy manner with as little disruption as possible to interior decor.

We've used this company for 2 separate damp issues. Both I was very happy with the work. The surveys were accurate, informative and concise. They treated both problems and the plastering job at the end was great too. They also worked hard to prevent dust getting everywhere and did a good job tidying up which was much appreciated.

Very honest and friendly,they will not mislead you into unnecessarily buying their services. I was told by the gentleman who visited us today what we could do ourselves to sort the damp out in our kitchen with in our budget. Very rare to come across honest traders these days.

I can only really echo what others have said. Yes, it's expensive and yes, it's messy, but you pay for a job well done and they do all they can to keep things as clean and tidy as possible.

From the consultation, which was very informative, through to the work, I can't fault DPS. They arrived exactly when they said they would and completed the work within their projected timeframe.

We had damp patches on internal walls, so I gave Damp Proofing solutions a ring and am so glad that I did. Stuart came and identified the problem, so we booked in to have the job done. Luke, Alex and Ethan arrived on the day and time stated and got straight to work. They didn't stop all day, not even for a lunch break. On the first day, they removed plaster, then applied adhesive and a membrane to the wall, followed by a bonding coat of plaster. The next day, a skim of finish plaster and job done.
We couldn't believe that the big job was done in two days. Fantastic tradesmen, happy, and laughing all day. Really over the moon with the job and the team were really neat and tidy. It is without hesitation, that we recommend this fantastic company. You will not be disappointed with the result. Book them up, now!

Stuart completed the survey and put me at ease by explaining the process from start to finish, also managed to get us in on a cancellation so didn't have to wait long. We are absolutely thrilled with not only the finished work but with the care taken at every step of the process whilst the team were in our home. We contacted Damp Proofing Solutions to help with damp in our new property we had bought. Booking an appointment with them was quick and easy. They came out and looked at the issue and explained exactly what had happened and what they would do to resolve the damp. We were very impressed with the thorough reporting and two weeks later they started the work. They were fast and efficient and we are pleased with their work. Excellent first survey with Adam which was value for money, then Adam was contact throughout. The work was brilliant and on the days we asked for. We checked price with another company and it was similar, so went with DPS because of the great contact. Would happily recommend for a survey too.

Very professional company to deal with. Excellent service and communication from start to finish. Adam came for the initial inspection and was very knowledgeable and thorough and explained everything using language I could understand. When the work was completed (I had a DPC course in a wall with rising damp that affected three rooms) , all my furniture was covered to protect it from dust and debris and the area was cleaned and tided on completion. I receive regular updates and photos of the work. The work was completed on time, as arranged. Great experience all round. I would highly recommend Damp Proofing Solutions.
